Nice hotel right in the city centre for a reasonable price.

Weird pillows with firm strip that is probably meant to keep the pillow on one place while you sleep. Probably ok for those people who sleeps on their back. But terrible thing for people like me who sleeps face down. I guess they might have some normal ones if you ask. but unfortunately I discovered that at about midnight.

Location was superb, 5min walk to the Sakae station. There are a lot of restos and convenience stores in the street. Very near the shopping area (walkable). Room was decent for the price. Offers free luggage storage before check-in and after checkout

Quite difficult to communicate with the staff due to language barrier but not really a big issue! Room is quite small which is common in Japan. Difficult to open 2 medium luggages at the same time.

The staff was really helpful and the location was great.

For the smoking rooms, you are immediately hit with the smell of smoke as soon as you exit the elevator for the smoking floors. If it gets too cold they convert the aircon into a heater for the whole building so you had to open the window if you want the room cold.

location was good, a few minutes walk from exit 12 of Sakae station. it has a Lawson store beside it and a Karaage and Tonkatsu restaurant. The restaurant served excellent Miso Tonkatsu. Free coffee, essentials (razor, tootbrush, sleeping gown) were available at the reception area. They also kept my baggage before the check in time.

I had difficulty connecting to the wifi

Hotel was at convenient location, great connectivity in regards with transportation and shopping centre. good amenities for longer stays.

The hotel is very near the center of Sakae, Nagoya city. You can easily access different train/bus stations from this place. It is worth the price although the place is small.

The hotel is quite old already.

The best pillow! The rooms are small but clean. The beds are a bit short but tall people fit diagonally.

The toilet and bathtub are tiny. Might be an inconvenience to tall travellers.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was great. I was surprised how comfortable the room, bed and pillow were for the price. Great sleep.

The bathroom was pretty old. I couldn’t tell sometimes if it was dirty or just worn. Mould in places.

I like how Japanese preserve their assets. The hotel reflects long years of activity ... The carpet, the window, the shower were all well maintained. Anything else is available.

The location was great because it was close to stations for more traveling, and close to many places like the Nagoya Science Museum and more. The room was clean and accommodating well. The staff was friendly too.

I have no complaints.
