If you have business in the industrial area this is a great location. The staff are very helpful and the facilities are good.

I have been to the hotel several times. The rooms are clean in general, and the facilities are good. However, on the last occasion the electricity to my room went out early in the morning (5am), when i called the front desk i was told they dont have any 24 hour maintenance staff. The guy went out of his way to get someone to fix the problem, so even though it was resolved, for the price they charge they really should have some 24 hour maintenance staff. It took an hour for the technician to get to my room.

The breakfast was full of varieties , Elegant hotel , Nice and professional Staff , located in the heart of the Industrial Area and also close to the Extension of the Industrial area , Dinner Buffet was very tasty specially the Seafood Night All was Good , Thank you !

Only , The location doesnot allow anyone to see Riyadh city center , or its far away distance .

I visited second industrial city at Riyadh in a business trip and was advised to reserve in this nice hotel in the second industrial city at southern side of Riyadh city. It’s really good hotel and the stuff are friendly but it’s location is suitable only for second industrial city visitors

Breakfast waiter opening the door does not open the restaurant promptly at 6am, he even asked me why I was rushing to have breakfast. Does he need to know he had to open promptly at 6am because I need to leave for work immediately to avoid traffic?

The staff is friendly and supportive. Both the manager and his acting made every stay memorable by the extra mile they go during reservation, check-in, and check-out. I loved the entire facilities.

The only room of improvement is breakfast limited options. Felt like repeated.

Clean and elegant place. Service was superb. The Hotel in the industrial Area, so its near all the factories and locations i need to visit. and once meetings are finishing, its so close by for a quick rest. Staff were understanding and professional.

The stay at the hotel was beautiful and enjoyable. I especially thank the receptionist; she was very friendly and professional in dealing with me and check in not taking more than 1 minutes.

Amazing room space with all the required facilities and top in class for any business trip. I strongly recommend it with all the given services. Staff are so polite and friendly namely Employee Mutaib who has spared no efforts to support.

Parking was plentiful, the building was modern and clean. Bathroom towels were a good size. The continental part of the breakfast was as good as you might expect in the UK and the cooked breakfast was as good as you might expect in France.

It’s quite a way out from the centre and it was more expensive than I really wanted to pay (but then there was enough parking and a good breakfast). Oh, and the lift buttons gave me electric shocks.

Absolutely Nothing! I tried to find anything yet, this hotel is truly a gem (not only in industrial city) but across Riyadh For the value, i do not believe any other hotel provides such high standards
