Great helpful and attentive staff. Very large rooms. The bed was very large and comfortable with a variety of pillows. Plenty of good vegan options for breakfast including lots of hot food which was different every day. The room looked out over the courtyard and swimming pool.

Some things needed a little better maintenance and the building and furniture are a little old. For example, there was a large obvious stain on the couch and the shower head was immoveable and leaking. Both were minor issues, but made it feel older. It is not very close to public transport but this may improve as they're still adding new routes to the bus network.

The hotel lobby was a tranquil and inviting space that felt just like home. The warm and cozy atmosphere was perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of travel. The comfortable seating areas were arranged in a way that encouraged conversation and socialization, while the soft lighting and tasteful decor created a sense of calm and tranquility. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and always went out of their way to make sure guests felt at home. Overall, the hotel lobby was a wonderful place to spend time, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and home-like atmosphere.

The hotel is great. It has many seating areas, a cozy cafe in the lobby, a pleasant garden outside. The breakfast in the restaurant is excellent, a wide range of local and also international food. The employees are very friendly and always willing to help. We needed information about opening hours of one museum, and they has checked for us. They let us did the late check out, and we could still wait few hours in the hotel after that. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable. There is a kettle, tea, coffee and water. Location is in the midle of the point where is the Masmak fortress and the square, and the other side where in Skybridge tower and other buildings. You would always need Uber, taxi if your not here with your own car.

General staff approach was decent. Breakfast was good enough. Special mention for Mohammed at the reception and Ali from housekeeping for their assistance and cooperation.

I happen to book during their overhaul of their Internet and WiFi systems, so my access to it was intermittent, sometimes working, sometimes not. They promised it would be better in a couple of days, but that didn't help me during my 6 days of stay.

Above expectation. It was my business trip. (Superb Time Management) The reception it was Mr. Mohamed Iqbal upon my arrival (we were 3 guests ) was very keen and smart did arrange all needs prior as i mentioned in booking comments. Which saved lot of our time. ( Excellent Hospitality) Mr. Mohamed Iqbal has excellent Hospitality Skills which represents Ramada Standards and had an impact on our stay as well encouraged us to choose Ramada in our next stay. (Cleanliness and Room readiness) Room has all required needs arranged systematically and room service has accountable behaviour. Appreciating with thanks to all those involved in this firm I prefer to stay soon back in my next trip as well recommend any one either on business or Leisure to Value the Price and get more out of what you pay.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, our room was not ready when we reach but they make it ready sharply of the time of check-in. The Room was very clean, however the hotel is old (the bulding) but they really keep it in good condition. We didn't face any issue with the parking. But overall the parking area is small. We got a water leak but they immediately came to fix the issue.

The WiFi is really bad. We call them to fix the issue since we didn't get an internet access but still we faced a problem wih the connection. Breakfast was good but i didn't like it. The water of the shower area was not ok, it will immediately turn to very hot water then it will be ok. So you need to be careful while you take a shower. The lighting of the room is poor.

people at reception not professional, they are very slow , my keys are not working but still I had to wait 8-9 minutes at reception to ok it finally a housekeeping staff come n I told my keys not working and he took 20 seconds to recharge it but person at reception was busy in unknown job . hotel should appoint person at reception who has educated in hospitality. at least diploma . next day lady at reception and a Saudi customer was shouting on each other ,

The place was nice and clean. With comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast was as per what you would expect it met expectations which is a good thing. Value for money with the deal I got so I won't vouch for price as everyone to their own. Staff were pleasant

Place needs an update in bedrooms. Wasn't happy about room service being done along the corridor at midnight. Put in a smokers room when I requested non smoking room

We liked the staff and the hotel in general. The location is not perfect but the staff made all the difference. What a great attitude, understanding and professionalism!!!

The birds (pigeons) at the pool are annoying and unsafe to be around. Nevertheless, the pool was kept clean as much as possible. We experienced an aura of being in the resort, the hotel yard is very welcoming. Thank to ALL the staff! they are REALLY amazing. We enjoyed a good breakfast, our total stay and quick and considerate check in and out.
