The staff were very friendly and supportive to all our needs. Bader (a reciptionist) is an amzing and friendly person, he was so polite, helpful, responsive and friendly. The suite was amazing. Very clean and tidy. The bed is soooo comfy and the beddings and pilows were amazing. The housekeeping staff are also so friendly. The Jordanian chef (Monther) in the main restaurant (Horizon) is very nice and friendly.

Parking is huge and only one enterance for the lifts, you have to walk for a long distance from the car to the lifts which is not convenient especially if you have to carry stuff from the car to the lifts. Also the toilet seats are so close to the wall and toilet paper you barely have space to reach out to the toilet paper! It is also a higene issue the hotel should consider to keep the toilet paper a bit far from the seat!

Check-in was easy and they kindly allowed us to checkin early. Nice sized rooms, the the bathrooms are a bit narrow. The gym is spacious and well equipped and both genders can attend— it was my favourite feature in the hotel.

The concierge were slow and unhelpful. There is construction happening around the property and one of the lounges was closed for renovation during our visit. They were using very powerful and smelly cleaning products.

Location is great. Staff are beyond friendly and welcoming especially the reception staff. Room is spacious and quite. Great for deep sleep. Bed is big & comfortable with great sheets and bathroom had great hot water and so soft towels. The coffee machine was new with lots of complimentary water and coffee and tea packs to use it. I was really impressed with whole stay and definitely coming back. The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious food and I loved the Lebanese restaurant Naya also i like the spa and the gym facilities

To have a bathrobe in my room would make my stay superb

Hotel staff gave me an upgrade, so I stayed in a large suit which was great. The hotel has great gym facilities, i would definitely recommend hitting to gym early in the morning. The breakfast had lots of food varieties paired with good coffee.

During my stay, the floor where I stayed went through some construction works, and this created lots of noise and dust in corridors. If i was hotel management, i would inform guests prior to such activities and offer a room swap.

The hotel is relatively new and very clean. The lobby is incredible with big dome. The SPA center is good and highly recommended. Special thanks to Mr Jazen in SPA center as he was so professorial and helpful.

We booked Half-bored and we found the dinner at the Horizon Resturant was Mexican food only. we don’t like Mexican food !!! They said that everyday has a certain kind of food or county ! I think they have to make it more diversify as not necessary that everybody like the Mexican or Seefood If they make the whole menu only from this kind of food ..

I had a really traumatizing experience with my Uber ride just before arriving at the hotel and was crying a lot because of it. The boys at the reception were very supportive and guided me on how to deal with Uber issues. Mr. Rayyan, in particular was very understanding and gave me an upgrade to a Deluxe Suite, considering it was our anniversary. It truly was a wonderful experience at the hotel in terms of their service and amenities as well. I am bery new to Riyadh and can say that this was my first memorable experience here.

Location is good. Facility is great, comfortable and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was not kids friendly. The kids club was not in service, not clear why. Kids outdoor play area and pool were not shaded. Playground was very hot to the touch at morning time. We had to take them out for activities. A minor inconvenience, we had to request a water kettle, it is provided only upon request.

The pool was great, big in size with good seating area around, small toddler pool was wonderful as well. Towels, shower, locker in close proximity of the pool. Complete gym with Jacuzzi , steam room and Souna. Room was clean, quite with nice coffee machine. Food was delicious with good variety. Nice spacious lobby.

Bathroom door (in room) does not provide any privacy, it has clear glass, and it is difficult to lock - it is a split door. Room has tiny window.

Clean, quit, fantastic, high end customer services, variety of choices when it comes to food and restaurants, food place for meetings, workshops, gatherings, in general, it’s good place to stay for a holiday as its next to most of the things you might need in Riyadh. Love the location and the cleanliness and the service. All the best to the owner and the staff.
