A huge thank you to Nawaf and Dina at reception for their outstanding service. I’ve read so many positive reviews about Dina, and I completely agree—her attitude, professionalism, and amazing energy truly make every guest’s experience special and memorable. Breakfast was fantastic! Mr. Nasr Aldin greeted guests every morning with a smile, and Chef Ahmed ensured the food was perfect. The restaurant team consistently delivers an impressive experience. A special mention to Mohamed and the housekeeping team for their quick and efficient work—the rooms are always spotless! Room service was excellent too—fast, delicious, and beautifully presented. Overall, an unforgettable experience thanks to the incredible staff who go above and beyond for all their guests!

One small suggestion: I would have preferred yogurt to be available in individual boxes for easier, quick takeaway options, which is always convenient for someone like me who doesn't always have time to sit and enjoy eating. Additionally, having Laban in small bottles would be a great touch!

Good value for money, and most of the staff was extremely pleasant. The breakfast buffet and the staff was really good.

There was a water leak from the water faucet, as it was also spraying towards the right side when I turned ON the faucet. Room no. 806 The parking facility is way below average and very unsafe. It is not designed/built as per standards. It was extremely difficult to maneuver as the ramps were very narrow and too steep. Moreover I was stuck on the ramp for almost 20 minutes because of a staff vehicle which was blocking the way. And the security did not show any urgency to clear the access. And I was stuck on a very steep ramp unable to move front or back. He took his own time to move the vehicles.

The Hotel is a newly built, well furnished, with large rooms and very nice washrooms. The receptionist who checked us in was great, the security staff, the bell boy and housekeeping staff were excellent. The coffee shop counter staff was great.

The front desk team needs to be trained to attend guests. The receptionist doesn’t know what to reply to a guest if he requests for 1 hour late check-out. During checkout, there was an error on my bill with an additional charge of SAR. 120/- which couldn’t be corrected for 20 minutes! however they paid me my balance but couldn’t rectify it on the final bill. The front desk team needs to be trained on billings and how to treat guests irrespective of the nationality of the guest.

This is not a sexism, but only an incident happened to me.The male receptionist was such a ( super friendly guy, but the female receptionist, RUDE!) the bathtub glass curtain needs to be adjusted very well! the breakfast area smells as we were in the kitchen, I think they should see the kitchen fans.

Hotel seemed to be halfway an renovation (especially at the rooftop). The toilet roll holder was not of the best quality. It was nice that they had the opportunity to arrange a taxi. But we asked if we could pay by card. No that wasn't a problem. In the taxi it wasn't possible. And the taxiprice was far too high. It was probably the price for a ride to the airport, not the railway station that was a lot closer to the hotel.

My recent stay at the hotel was convenient due to its proximity to my planned meetings. The hotel's location was its most significant asset; it was conveniently situated at a comfortable distance from the people I had planned to meet, making it easy for us to get together. This saved me a lot of time and transportation costs, which was a big plus.

However, the limited breakfast options left much to be desired. If the choices can be improved, this would make the hotel a more appealing choice.

Everything, Reception specially Nouf she was perfect and professional and gave extra care to us, rooms are top clean , room service team were available and helpful, breakfast was amazing , the most good thing that as soon as I arrived I received the rooms and I received WhatsApp message from Mr Abdulrahman Shaheen the hotel manager welcomes us and checks if everything is OK and dud his best to make our stay most joyful and comfortable Big thanks

The staff are friendly and helpful and hospitable. My room was clean and had all the required amenities and toiletries. The bed was clean and comfortable.

The shower water pressure is very weak and the bathroom has sewage smell coming out from it. The underground parking is not suitable for large cars or pickup trucks. The parking space in front is always full so you have to look for a park out on the street.
