Overall was very good and I have minimal complaints. nitpicking at most.

I feel like my case is an isolated one in the sense of there was a medium humming noise every hour through the night constant and the room (715) whenever we left and came back would smell not very pleasant. We assumed drains and accepted it couldn’t be helped but just wasn’t very pleasant considering the entire hotel was immaculate.

Very comfortable bed and room.

Temperature control did not work well. Some maintenance issues with shower and fridge.

We booked the level and the level bar was amazing, the food was delicious, freshly baked bread at all hours of the day. The hotel was extremely clean, housekeeping very good. Loved the turndown service and the water put in the room twice a day. The aircon worked very well cooled the room down in the 40 degree heat rapidly. The location is great, everything is walkable we saw everything there was to see and didn't take a metro once. Its in between the high end shops of Madrid so lots of shopping to be done!

The level bar doesn't connect with the pool what is a shame. there is a wee gate you could go through and up the stairs but it's staff only. There is not enough shade to lie in there should be more or bigger umbrellas provided.

Location was very good, a little far from the central area, but very neat and comfy. Breakfast was fantastic, it didn't feel like a hotel breakfast with the nice decor. Bed and bathroom was really good. Most important, we had to work for long hours and the lobby area was so nice, good wi-fi, nice atmosphere and very comfortable at the same time.

The doors of the rooms were designed to close by themselves, but they make a lot of noise. Turning to a collective noise during breakfast and late hours when everyone comes/goes. I also didn't like the window, it was high and hard to open. But very airy and light room.

The breakfast was superb with a wide range of foods available to suit any requirements. Overall the hotel was very comfortable and well presented. The location was superb in a very nice neighbourhood and 10 mins to the metro station. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My room was very nice.

The restaurant in the evening was not as good as at breakfast time. Choice not so good, small portions and a bit pricey. There was a road ramp on the main road which clunked every time a vehicle went over it. This is audible at night from some rooms though the thick double glazing helps.

The breakfast was the best thing about the hotel. They had so many different items to choose from. And everything was delicious. The bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was very tiny. It was also difficult to figure out the lights. We were putting the lights on and off until we finally got the lights we wanted on. Also the television remote control was confusing to figure out. The Maid kept turning off our Air-conditioning so it was too hot in the room when we returned. Also it was raining on and off on the days we were there, so they closed the swimming pool and I wasn't able to go swimming. It was raining on and off but it would have been nice if they opened the pool when it wasn't raining so people could swim for a little while. Their gym is nice and it is open 24 hours. They do need to add some lower weights for women.

Breakfast was exceptional; great selection; tasty food; good service. The room was clean and comfy enough. The hotel's location is great close to all my favorite shopping and dining places. If you want real Added Value that is unique to Melia, book the "Level".

Only that the bathrooms are too small; not enough place to put anything. Remaking the bathrooms might be too difficult but some small creative design elements might fix the problem.

The Restoran zone and breakfast zone were visually amazing, can make a lot of Instagram photos ;) *)The room was big and light and the interior was good. The quality of the bed was good too. Wifi signal was good and work fast. *)There was a gym that you can use 24/7, and conference rooms. *)The place was in the city centre, and everything was near: cultural places, shops, and food places.

*) In the room was a table that was unstable. Need to be careful with it one leg. *) Minibar was moving too. *) In toilet wall was dirty. Look like kids draw with pencils on it. *)

Honestly it was lovely. Second time I have stayed here and it was great. The place is very big and clean. Food is absolutely amazing. Strongly recommend the restaurant on the ground floor. And the best thing about the experience was the staff.

Nothing really comes to my mind at the moment. I have stayed for a few days fro work so can't complain...Maybe loud music at the lobby but honestly it is just me.

omg! This was one of my favourite exeriences ever!! I loved everything!!! Staff (in the Level) is amazing, so kind, so nice, so friendly…. no words! Rooms AMAZING, so new, so clean, small things they do for you! And the concept of the Melia hotels (Level) is the best thing ever, open bar with drinks and food…. that is the reason I would always choose this hotel over some else…
