The Location, view and room all nice , stuff is good bathroom modern, Toiletries very good

Be careful when you check-in and check how much they try to charge your card!! During check-in the reception woman TRIED TO CHARGE MY CARD +600 EUR MORE THAN THE PRICE i have in my confirmation (2480EUR instead of 1860EUR), i refused to enter the pin code and said it's not correct! she checked here system and insisted to take the more money!! When I refused and threatened her that I would call the BOOKING.COM and want to see the HOTEL MANAGER.. they said wait!.... MAGICALLY price solved and problem finished!! So Be-careful!

if you want the most luxurious hotel in the area plus aquarium and great mall you are in the right place. staff are friendly, great breakfast and a direct access to the beach.

florya is far from the old city. however there is 5 minutes metro station that can take you to the city center within 45 minutes.

The Crowne Plaza is a top class experience in a great location, from the arrival welcome, throughout your stay and even on departure. It is very well located, right next to the Aqua Florya mall. It has its own private access to the promenade running along the Marmara Sea, offering amazing sunset views. The mall and aquarium next door are worth a visit or more - with many awesome restaurants. It is a bit further away from the main tourist sights, but is very close to a train station with commuter trains that connect you to the Bosphorus cruises, Grand Bazaar and Aya Sofia and Blue Mosques in just over 45 minutes. Being a little further out of the busy Sultanahmet area makes airport access a little easier. The rooms are really big, with an additional sitting area and a balcony with side sea views. The bed was big and very comfortable resulting in a good sleep every night. The bathroom was also huge. Cleaniliness was of a very high standard. The breakfast offered a wide spread of high quality Turkish options, with good cheese, breads (rolls, pastries and filled phyllo pastry patties), bowls of hummus, muhammara etc, jams, and hot options. A full range of teas and coffees were on offer too, including Turkish tea. The staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful - a special thank you to Süleyman for great service.

I travelled to Istanbul for two weeks solo and I stayed at the Crown Plaza Florya hotel from the 10th to the 23rd of September and i had such an amazing time here I have nothing bad to say. It was my first time in Istanbul and they made me love my experience here. The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere, it’s in an ideal location right next to the Aqua Florya Shopping Mall. Every single member of staff at Crown Plaza Florya were so professional and caring, couple names I would like to mention as I appreciate them all as they all looked after me well and made sure my stay in Istanbul was good. Mert checked me in and also checked me out of the hotel and he’s so professional and polite. Guest Relations two individuals I would like to mention is Gulsah and Ilayda they were so nice and told me the best places and restaurants to go see in Istanbul. They were the most down to earth individuals sweetest girls. Ayyus who was my housekeeper for the two weeks serviced my room to a 5 star standard she did a beautiful job she’s so caring always checking up on me making sure I was okay whilst I was recovering from surgery. Yagmur who works in the Salamina restaurant for breakfast was the sweetest she always took time out to make time for me. She became a friend I’ll miss her!! And lastly I just want to thank everyone who works at Atrox Lounge Restaurant who made me feel so welcomed and I ended up being made to feel like I was part of their Atrox family seen them every night for dinner and throughout my stay they kept me company, a couple names I would like to mention Veysi, Cuma, Sirat, Samet, Seazer always had time for me they were so caring and thoughtful. They always had me laughing always had time to speak to me and I’ll miss them the most, they’re amazing at their jobs you can tell they’ve been trained very well to a five star standard they all were very professional and went the extra mile for guests making sure they had a relaxed evening.

Excellent location with see view and walking distance (outdoor) to the Florya mall. Good restaurants near by(Some are very expensive e.g Moes) There is a nice restaurant at the hotel ARTOX. Super breakfast with smiling staff. They also have very good spa. Thank you Mr Rafle trying to get feedback from residents to improve.

Bed not comfort There is an air leakage with sound from window door, it is too annoying with strong storm.

Outstanding hotel in a fantastic seafront location.

Expensive and sometimes very noisy when they have an event such as a wedding. Like my last visit I was kept up until extremely late with the music which was unbelievably loud even with the hugely double glazed noise proof doors. I believe this might have been a management issue where they did not ask or did not feel comfortable asking the DJ and the party to turn the music down. It did room must stay it did keep me awake I was not offered anything in compensation other than a smile and hopefully it won’t happen next time

The beginning of my visit to Istanbul is always this hotel And the staff are always great But on this visit the employee Turgaycan was very bad in dealing with me as a guest He made a mistake in booking me even though I told him that I had access to the executive room with the suite Unfortunately, he did not accept my words and responded to me with bad words from a receptionist When he saw my reservation through my mobile phone, he told me that the error was from the hotel system and not from him, and this is not true The fault is his, not the hotel's system Even when I checked out of the hotel he was not nice so I left him and went to the always smiling employee whose name was Ali

location was nice, aqua florya mall is near by + istanbul aquarium.. and n general it was a good experience

they charged us 300 TL to empty the minibar which was a little odd

Location, friendly and helpful staff We informed one of the managers about a previous stay where the view of one of the rooms we booked was not nice, she helped us and 2 out of the 3 rooms we booked in this stay had great views, the manager was really helpful and attentive

The third room’s location was just under the wedding/events avenue they have at the top of the building, it was really noisy and annoying, even when closing the balcony door, the whole room was vibrating till midnight… The stay was really uncomfortable

I absolutely love this hotel, definitely coming back again! First time I stayed here in September, we enjoyed every day. My second time stay did not dissapoint me at all. Very comfortable room, great service, delicious breakfast. I also like the location near the seaside, lovely to walk along it, very good restaurants around and shopping centre with everything you need (or had no idea you desperately need), good quality stuff. Meltem at the reception was very helpful and professional and extremely nice! Everybody working there doing really good job, including Sevet at the breakfast restaurant.

Not sure that I like big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel at the bathroom. I prefer small ones, which I can open myself and be sure the content is not added water to (little bit paranoic, sorry)... and also, please, let the little black and white cat which is sleeping on the mat in front of the main entrance door to get inside the hotel! It is winter after all. I think last time I saw this cat in September inside the restaurant, it was much better place...
