Easy and quick check-in. The lady at reception was very kind and friendly. Offered us breakfast for free which I really appreciated. This is our second time staying here. The pool was warm and clean and opening times are great. We will be back for sure.

Breakfast was excellent with everything to cater for dietary needs. Room clean and very comfortable. Nice touch being offered water and cake on arrival.

We used the spa and although the hotel room, restaurant and reception were exceptionally clean, the spa let it down. The floor areas did not appear to be clean in the changing rooms and the walkway from the ladies changing room to the pool was very slippery. I would of liked to have seen some details in the room about the spa for example towels provided, we found ourselves taking towels from the room as this was unknown. The towels we were provided in the spa had dirty stains which didn't give a good image.

We had an amazing time here! A special thanks to Anu, the receptionist, who checked us in and provided us with all the information we needed about the hotel. This hotel definitely offers good value for money! There are plenty of free parking spaces, and the location is great if you have a car. It was pretty quiet, we didn’t hear the motorway, even though it’s close by. Our room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We had an iron and hairdryer in the room, and the shower pressure was good. The heating worked well, and we didn’t have any issues with it. The only thing missing in the room was a fridge, but it wasn’t a big deal. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. While it may not be amazing, it’s quite decent by UK standards and suitable for the level of the hotel.

Good location, amenities and breakfast.

I requested for accessible room with shower for a disabled person. I made the request at the point of booking, followed up the day before arrival and was moved from one person to other to confirm the request. It was not done until i reached the reception the next day and the lady at the front desk helped to sort it out.By then all the facilities on the ground floor were booked. So we were allocated a room downstairs and the hotel didn’t had a lift. Really inconvenient for disabled person and poor customer service. Not visiting again.

Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Anu was fabulous on our arrival - greeted with a smile and helped us get points on my account, as well as gave the complimentary items as a member. Lovely start to our stay and much appreciated. The facilities were great and room was lovely and clean.

The wifi/TV signal kept dropping so when logged in to our own accounts, would be kicked out and unable to get back in for access (or sign out!). After many attempts and changing wifi codes/hotspotting, managed to log out of the personal account but the signal was very temperamental. Not such a problem as there for a work trip and everything else was wonderful - I have no doubt if we had reported it, it would have been fixed straight away!

We stayed here for 1 night whilst on a roadtrip holiday from Australia. We were actually booked elsewhere but the booking fell through very last minute on us so we were left searching for a new place to stay. Found this one and it turned out great in the end. Staff at reception were so lovely they even upgraded us after hearing of our bad experience with our previous booking. Our room was nice, for a pleasant overnight stay. Bed was spacious, comfortable, TV and WIFI worked well and shower next morning was nice and hot. Even the toiletries provided were good. Plenty of free parking was available on the site. A few minutes walk away we also enjoyed some delicious Indian food that night at Basmati Restaurant.

Nothing really, a restful overnight stay.

We were met by Rebecca when we checked in. She was very friendly and helpful. Ensured everything was in order. There was a query on our room and she went to make sure it was OK. Each staff member we had contact with was friendly and helpful. The kids got activity packs which they loved. The kids corner was great as our kids enjoyed a little play. We made use of the swimming pool while we were there. Good temp for the kiddies. Breakfast had a good variety and had gluten free items available with separate toaster.

Swimming pool access attendant had this 1 in 1 out rule. Me and my family of 4 came out so other family members can go in (little kids waiting in the cold reception room). He goes we have to get changed and come out the waiting room until he let's them in. 2 other people also left but still same rule.. Was VERY frustrating at the time and a bit more flexibility and sensitivity would have been appreciated

Great location- central for many places but also very quiet. Lovely breakfast with lots of options. 3 course dinner only cost us an extra £15/ night and was nice with a fair variety on the menu. Nice bar area. Leisure club was well set up with sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool. Even a sauna in the changing rooms as well as poolside.

Family room was no bigger than double room, and a very tight squeeze with a sofa bed pulled out, especially for 3 adults.

The room windows were open when we arrived to a cold room also it smelt very damp and felt damp in the room The room wasn’t as updated as I’d thought it would be , there wasn’t enough milk for hot drinks and the tea wasn’t nice Bed was comfy but not big enough

The smell of the room and I’d prefer a walk in shower as it was dangerous stepping out the bath after a shower with nothing to hold onto
