Location was the best part of our stay. Very easy to find only 5 mins from station and ideal for using the exhibition centre nearby. Sound proof rooms, really like the shower gel/shampoo brands used in the bathroom. Very posh tea and coffee.

Somehow we ended up with two single beds but I found the room very tired and dated. Definately in need of an update as the table was so small completely dominated by a HUGE tv which took up too much space. The bath was so small my partner couldnt fit in the length (he's over 6 ft but doesnt have a problem anywhere else) Windows wouldnt open no matter how hard we tried so the air was very dry making night time sleeping uncomfortable.

The room was comfortable and the location of the hotel was excellent, especially for anyone attending an event at the Olympia Exhibition Center. The only downside is that the hotel isn't near a Tube station.

The "work area" in the room is inadequate. I was in a Superior King room, and all I had was a small round table with an uncomfortable chair. These rooms have to be updated to provide a better workspace for business travelers -- i.e., a desk and an appropriate chair -- and most importantly, the outlets in the room have to be modernized to add more connectivity options. A laptop can't be charged on a USB connection (and the USB ports available do not accommodate new connectors, like USB-C.) It would also be helpful if some of the outlets accepted plugs other than the UK standard 3-prong device -- add U.S. and European versions.

Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, particularly in the dining room for breakfast, which ran like clockwork even at busy times. The food was very good, with breakfast catering for all tastes. Bar staff and front desk staff were attentive and helpful. Our bride and groom had complimentary champagne and sweets which was a lovely touch. The rooms was were laid out with large tv, fridge, ample wardrobe space and drawers. Complimentary waters, tea and coffee replenished every day.

The air con was adequate but could have been colder as we were in London during a hot spell of 30c plus.

Buffet style breakfast was excellent, as you could choose what you wanted on a daily basis. However, the cost for breakfast was often confusing with more than one price being quoted for it. Get that straight please and thank you. Breakfast team were amazing, especially Mr. Samir. Very welcoming, attentive and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Many others followed his lead and made breakfast the best start to every day.

Reception staff (except one) only greeted when the guest greeted them. They need to be more proactive in this regard. Standard room needs two chairs when two people are staying in it.

Having the train station nearby was helpful for us, also only a short walk to two convenience stores. The staff at breakfast each morning were very efficient, especially Samir who was always attentive and had a very professional and pleasant personality.

We had two stays at this hotel during our holiday in UK. The amenities within the room upon our first arrival, did not match the detailed description posted on the booking site at the time we booked. The main omission being a microwave and eating utensils which had originally influenced our decision to book. This was brought to the attention of the hotel management who were apologetic and said none of their rooms had those facilities. They were at a loss as to why such a description was on the site at the time of our bookings.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton in Kensington. First off, the location is fantastic, right in the heart of one of London’s most charming areas, with easy access to Kensington Gardens, museums, and great shopping. It was the perfect spot for exploring the city. One of the standout features was the complimentary breakfast. It had everything you could want, from fresh fruit and pastries to a full English breakfast. It really set the tone for the day, and I loved starting off with such a satisfying spread. The bar was another highlight. It’s the ideal spot to unwind after a busy day in London. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the cocktails were top-notch, definitely a great place to enjoy a drink or two. Overall, the Hilton in Kensington offers excellent service, a great location, and plenty of thoughtful touches like the breakfast and bar. I’d happily stay here again!

when on the second night, the tube line was down...so i got back after midnight....omg, and there's me thinking ai was in action....so had go through the checklist....all i needed having finding my way back...- on the plus side, i took some amazing photos...suffice to say, i wasn't asked the the next time!

The room had everything I needed, the mattress was perfect, because it wasn't one of those soft ones. There were two different pillow options available, a softer and a harder one (4 pillows total on the bed). The room was quite big and there was an iron and an ironing board in the room, very convenient. The location was perfect for events at the Olympia and with public transportation, you can get everywhere easily. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. The room had a big TV and lots of channels to choose from. I will definitely come here again for all of my events at the Olympia.

The only "problem" was the bathroom. When you are 6"+ tall, the shower ceiling is a little low, but still managable. The toilets flushing system works, but could have more power behind it.

Lavish breakfast buffet offered at reasonable flat rate delivered by helpful waiting staff. Friendly and helpful reception team. Many good people working in the background to give a safe and clean experience to everyone. The lovely chef at breakfast, proud of the quality food and eager to please, and amazing waiting staff - even the doormen were sweet and professional. Thank you everyone for making our stay very pleasant! Room spotlessly clean - thank you housekeeping team!

The "grazing board for 1-2 people" priced at £19.95. (Not recommended but it hopefully won't be there for much longer!).

The food is nice. Breakfast has a wonderful variety of foods. The breakfast is laid out like a buffet so you can help yourself. The staff are exceptional especially the bar staff who were always polite and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend staying here. It's very quiet and the location isn't bad. Everything is there. The station is around the corner. Bus stop nearby too.

Not enough tea/milk and toilet roll in room. I had to ask. Bathroom sink and toilet seems blocked. (Rm 275). Room needs a better light. Even with all lights on, it's all dark. Other than these things. Everything is great!
