This is our third time at the hotel and not the last time. The hotel is clean and highly maintained. The team is very kind and very nice. The place is perfect for holiday with children. Lots of pools, large and well maintained public area, a neat and accessible private beach. Highly recommended.

The hotel was largely populated with Israelis. It would have be nice if there were also Israeli television channels. In addition, nothing will happen if at the entrance to the hotel, there be the Israeli flag alongside the flags of the other countries.

the bathroom, i prefer if you added Bath Showers also the music sound was too loud at night from the bar and it’s not good when you have babies

We had a fantastic stay at the Movenpick Tala Bay. As we had a car, it was easy to get to from the centre of Aqaba. The room was huge as we received a complimentary upgrade and had a great view of the Red Sea. The gardens are beautifully kept and so are the swimming pools. The private beach is clean and looked after although I recommend having swim shoes for walking in the water as the edge is stony. The breakfast was fantastic and so was dinner. The staff were all brilliant, attentive and always trying to help. Thank you to the receptionists who organised a birthday cake for my wife and for allowing us a late checkout. I will certainly recommend to anyone to come and stay at the Movenpick Tala Bay and enjoy this fantastic experience.

Everything was fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay due to the dedicated staff working at this hotel. Mohammed from reception, Ezzaldan from the beach, Rana, Yassa and Doa from the kitchen and the coffee. They have all been wonderful to make our stay one to remember. Also, I have never seen such divers breakfast buffet. Every day there were different options, including a lot of healthy options. Its a pity I have a tiny stomach:) The pools are also huge, whether its crowded or not. There is always place for everybody and enough staff is walking around to support you. Lastly, the spa experience was incredible. Don't miss out on these facilities and massage from Dewi. It was the best I had in years. I almost forgot the wonderful entertainment crew. Loved the Aquagym in the pool and their enthousiasm towards children!!! The distance between the hotel and city centre of Aqaba is also easy 18-minute drive if you want to visit the souks.

Nothing. Everything was perfect from the hotel. Sometimes it is only a pity that some guests at breakfast take so much food to their table and don't eat it. Of course this has nothing to do with the hotel, staff always stay polite. But I just write it here as a reminder for guests, just walk 2 or 3x to the buffet rather than taking stuffed plates of food that you will not eat. It is a waste, also for the hotel. Please consider the environmental consequences of your actions.

We liked the service and that it wasn’t so busy in that time of year. the rooms are good and the view is amazing :) specially we would like to thank M.kjoja and Peter that took care of us during our stay. the cocktails were good also!

the prices of the alcohol were a little high, and there’s no little shop to buy simple food / fruits

Hotel staff were amazing! Easily the best experience we've ever had at a hotel. We were taken care of very well. The hotel itself is very beautiful, with a lot of restaurants and nice scenery. We had breakfast and dinner included and the food was exceptional! A very good mix of local cuisine and dishes we knew, and everything was very tasty. The GYM was pretty good for a "hotel gym" - you could actually do a decent workout.

The SPA experience is a bit lacking - you need to pay extra for a visit, and it wasn't clearly communicated that it's per visit, and not per day. Male and female saunas and steam rooms are separate. This makes sense due to the different culture in Jordan, but is best stated explicitly as well. The hotel itself is really nice, but it's starting to show its age - it needs some renovation.

Beautiful grounds, very friendly staff (especially with kids), big family room with exceptionally comfortable beds, good buffet with kids options (we took half-board). My oldest enjoyed the kids club (8yo), the kids pool is inside the gate of the kids club, only 1 foot deep, heated (we went in February), pool toys are available, and half of it is covered to protect against the sun. It is perfect for walking toddlers. There is a small raised platform on one side for younger infants and plenty of room/chairs/umbrella for watching parents. There is also a covered outside play area where both my oldest and the baby had a blast. The animators were engaging with the kids. We went diving with Sinai Divers Aqaba situated directly on the beach. Very professional, good equipment and beautiful diving right from the beach.

The beach is rocky. They sell shoes with insole in their store. Gets sandy once inside the water

the service was amazing, the chef at the buffet went above and beyond, cooking vegetarian stir fry for me because there weren’t as many veg options. my son was unwell and vomited the food out and he prepared fresh yogurt with garlic and rice and they sent it to our room for him…the reception was warm and friendly, the property is beautiful, bt the highlight for me was the service

the life guards need to be more attentive and was always a bit of a issue finding towels! the pools are not really super ( young )kid friendly/temp controlled . spa was ok for the price

We had lunch at the only restaurant open there and it’s low season, I wanted a glass of wine as was offered on the menu but they said the waiter and waitresses there said I either buy the whole bottle or there’s no by the glass .. which was shocking to me for a five star hotel . Also it was quite expensive for low season at $200 for room and breakfast.
