It was so beautiful very nice location things to do restaurant was decent staff were great I liked them all very much and even though hotel was full we felt we were the only people on the property....I loved it. Try Jackman Cove was amazing...

Bed is the ONLY thing I didn't like it was hard and 2 mattresses pushed together could feel the middle part

Even though I'm scared of lizard 🦎 lol I felt at home it's very peaceful and my kids didn't want to leave..the staff there are very welcoming always have a smile place is great.

Two things for me my bathroom at Bamboo 6 is too small and my bed was not comfortable at all.. oh I forgot I wish the kitchen was open a little later or we had access to a stove to prepare warm dinners

Breakfast is the best of the stay loved it. Big up to Mark. Just would add a little more options to continental cause I don’t like egg but that’s my preference. Loved it otherwise 💯

The sockets slack. Need another garbage bin in the room.It was not a big problem though it is a nice place to lay your head. Very peaceful. Relaxing vibe. It was definitely nature vibe. Please read your email from booking.com because the charge sent is just a subtotal or call the hotel to get the right amount to be paid.

The staff was amazing and friendly. I am going to miss the morning breakfast and fresh juices . I could most definitely stay here again I meet some amazing people.

We could have done with a mini fridge and microwave in the room for three weeks.

The location is absolutely amazing. You will find yourself in the hills, surrounded by trees and plants and able to view the sea. Check-in was swift. The rooms are spacious, clean with beautiful furniture. The balcony is spacious and the view is amazing. You are in the middle of nature. Staff is very friendly, also at the restaurant.

Breakfast was always great. Loved the overall ambience. The drinks from the bar were great too.

The food was great! It withheld through the storm amidst a couple very short power outages. Tranquil environment. Room was cleaned everyday. Very safe! Good location in Port Antonio area away from hustle/bustle. Spectacular views! Practiced COVID safety! No smoking in rooms or common areas!

Internet only worked in lobby and restaurant.

I found the design of the resort very therapeutic.

Staff was friendly, location was like a real getaway from the world. I liked the natural vibe of the place. The food was great although portions a little small for the price. The rooms were cozy although the lighting was bad it had a relaxing vibe

Only issue was that we called ahead asking if we could order food at 8pm, and they agreed. When we called at 8pm, they said the kitchen was closed ,so we were hungry all night. Pool wasn't clean and food portions small

Enjoyed the breakfast. Having breakfast on the house is an excellent way to build a modicum of camaraderie among guests. Tasty well prepared breakfast. Was ready on time. Front desk staff ... restaurant staff and other staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Adult children in Ackee 5 complained of excessive noise from neighbouring room/s. Disturbed their sleep.
