We did not eat breakfast it was too expensive. The parking is terrible only a few parking spaces and if you get lucky you may be able to park inside the gate or you have to park outside the gate or across the street which is not good.I did not like the soap it was very small not enough for two people. I can say that the room was very clean and spacious. The young lady I think her name was Elaine or Yvonne I hope I have her name correctly ,that checked us in and took us to our room was very nice and friendly and welcoming. I am glad that I am still young to have to walk up all the steps to check in may not be good for older couples or someone who is disabled. I hope you will consider getting an elevator or move the check in desk to the ground area to make check in process available for all guests!! As well as lower your prices for breakfast .Just a little food for thought

Great hotel. The room was big and very clean. Sweet patio. A minute from the beach front. Toddler friendly.

Unfortunately you could hear the tv from the room next door. Overall the staff were super friendly and helpful but there were a couple of unfriendly members of staff working at the bar. Even though we paid 100 US dollars for a taxi to the airport, the taxi driver was late, wasn’t apologetic and drove crazy.

it was an awesome place to stay, the room was immaculate, spacious, clean and had everything you need to be there. The restaurant service and food was good. The beach was the absolute best, staff tenting to your needs on the beach was a plus, made me feel very comfortable and wanting to brag and return.

I had a neighbor come in room next door on second day and he was loud and obnoxious on his phone directly outside my room for hours from early even thru late night and first thing in the morning, very rude, distracting and inconsiderate. Was trying to relax, manage my own affairs and even watch tv and I could hear his whole ridiculous conversation going on and on, was the only thing that ruined my relaxing trip next to the real loud crying baby and lady that kept banging the back of my seat on plane. otherwise the experience was fabulous.

friendly, accomidating, comfortable.. Samantha was wonderful, she upgraded our room to a wonderful private area , made cab and dinner reservations for us and went above and beyond to mske our stay wonderful

while the sand on the beach was clean and in good shape. the beaches water wes very unlevel, uneven .. making walking difficult and unsafe. a lot of seaweed grasses on the bottom ... raking the beach water as was done st the all inclusives would have been great .. being able to pay snd eat at close by all inclusives would have been nice .. our restaurant and bar was great,, no waiting in line for drinks!!

This is our second time staying here. The water was so calm and warm. The food was good. The BEST is the Lobster Grill. Please get a lobster. It was my birthday Trip and Miss Elaine ordered a cake for me from The Boardwalk Pastry Shop.She and the rest of the staff was great. They dropped it off and it was amazing. It was not too expensive for how big it was. Please try them. The Boardwalk Village was relaxing. There was some renovation going on but not enough to interfere. And the price is worth it.

I would have like some porridge on the menu and they should have jerk chicken at the lobster grill. It would do amazing. Last 2 days it rained so couldn't do much

Everyone was friendly and very accommodating. The location was perfect. Located right on the beach next to sandals resort. It was clean accessible to downtown and many water excursions. Affordable with a restaurant, bar and craft store on site. The rooms were spacious and quiet even though there was renovations being done they were considerate and kept the place very clean. The freezer and fridge worked great and the air conditioner was amazing. Although I didnt need it much the ceiling fan kept it really cool.

The water pressure could of been a little better and there was a funny smell when you first turned the shower on ( once again they were doing construction) the selection of food seemed metiocre.The arts and craft store was a but pricey cheaper prices could be found at the airport for most things. The beds could of been a little softer but they were sturdy and comfortable. The microwave was old but efficient.

The location is great. Perfectly located beach front in Negril. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. We had a studio and it had a kitchen with everything we needed. The bed was big and very comfortable. Great value for money. The rooms and the whole hotel is very clean and well looked after. Housekeeping staff did a really good job. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. The food and drink in the restaurant/bar was lovely and good value. There was a national water strike at the start of our stay which was affecting the whole island. After discussion with the managers they looked after us very well, despite this being beyond their control. The beach is well cared for and there are loungers, beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to use Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay. Much nicer than the big resorts that surround it. Lovely friendly atmosphere.

What I liked most was the professionalism of the staff. On my way to the called I had to call the hotel as the Google map was not very effective. The front desk staff- Elaine was very professional and when I explained to her, she addressed me by name (without me telling her) on the phone. She was very helpful. Whenever, I see staff as I moved around the property, they would always ask if I'm ok. Very friendly staff. Elaine at front desk is exceptional, very calm and approachable. KEEP UP THE FANTASTIC WORK ELAINE!!!

The building work that was taking place on sight and the first night we had no TV access. A pool would be nice for kids to swim a bit freely.

I liked being on the beach, was expecting a better "Beach View" from my room,but got comfortable with the view I had

Didn't Iike being on the ground floor with French doors to the court yard only covered with curtains, initially felt a bit exposed, but the property was very secured and well patroilled

Coloured, authentic structure with grilled lobster at hand. After 2 days we felt at home , taxi always available if you are up to an excursion. Relaxing atmosphere, right on the beach. Has 2 small shops and a massage area.

A mini fridge would help inside the rooms.
