Within walking distance from Aomori Station and bus terminus. Stayed the king corner room on the top floor. It had a panoramic view of the bridge and the bay. Quiet. Clean. Size enough for 2 adults and a large suitcase. Bed and pillow were supportive and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The amenities included the usual ones plus mouth rinse and facial masks. Very thoughtful. Besides, the room was equipped with Dyson hair dryer. Nice. Quite a few good restaurants nearby. Very convenient.

Front desk staff did not speak English. No safe box in the room. Only available at the lobby front desk.

the hotel is a little old, but the price is very reasonable. the staffs are amazing. my friend had a very severe stomachache right before our checkout time. I told the staff about it and they called the hospital and taxi for us, and did not charge us any extra fee for checking out late. we used translator to communicate, but everything went really well! thank you again!

the hotel is not super close to Aomori station, especially during the winter when it’s snowing, it’s very hard to bring luggage’s to the hotel

Location and that 4 family members can stay in the same room. Bathroom was very clean. Breakfast selection was great. Generally speaking there was a sense of safty and peacefulness. Thank you.

There were some rubbish under the bed, which was removed very quickly (when we told them) by the most attentive male staff - Thank you for that. Being told to wear plastic gloves at breakfast made the children uncomfortable. Over usage of plastic isnt very environmentally friendly, either. Hopefully they will move on as Japanese governments loosen their covid rules.

It is an unforgettable experience that we stay in this hotel, the whole hotel staffs and facilities are great. We forgot to take the mobile battery while we check-out the hotel, but they helped to send us forgotten items to our next hotel in Sendai. So we would like to give our best appreciation to the Hotel JAL City Aomori, and we will book your hotel again if we go to Aomori in the future.

Our third stay at this hotel. Our corner room was spacious and spotless with a lovely sea view. The staff at this hotel are fantastic. Breakfast was very good and we had a surprise afternoon tea for free, which was delicious. The hotel is close to bus routes and a few minutes walk to the station.

Helpful very nice staff. They apologized later for forgetting to give me a free bottle of water that was supposed to give me at the check-in. (They should supply it in the room.)

The bed was old and poor, bad condition. Felt a little bit far from Aomori station. The room condition and amenities do not seem to match with the JAL brand image and very good staff.

Great room for the price. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Not a lot to say about it - just a standard hotel.

Location - it is both as close and as far as advertised. Great location in terms of proximity to restaurants and shops, bit of a walk from the station.

Clean and comfortable stay for a quick one night stay in Aomori. Walking distance to JR Aomori station that connects to JR Shin-Aomori station for the Shinkansen, approximately 6-8mins walk. Food and convenience store nearby.

Room is a bit packed for 3 people but it's still comfortable for a quick stay.

The property is very good, 5-7mins away from the Aomori train station. Breakfast is superb, with both continental and Asian choices. The bathroom is really clean and comfortable. Guests can request taxi from the front desk and pay directly at hotel

There was no free water provided, you would have to buy from vending machine

great location, close to and an easy walk from the station, reasonable sized room, cleaned very well and nice linen and towels. Would recommend and we would stay again. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

being westerners we did miss our coffe/milk/sugar in the room…though the tea was appreciated.
