Parking on site was very easy and affordable. Great food options with several restaurants, a convenience store and a bakery below the hotel. We especially enjoyed "Tony Roma's" steak house. We only made our accommodation booking the day before our stay, so there weren't any large rooms left for our family of four, but the staff gave us two smaller rooms side by side without us needing to request it. They also let us check in 45 minutes early. Our children were given welcome packs containing kids' slippers and toothbrush. There were free gifts for the children at breakfast. In the lobby there is also a range of free sample size toiletry and skin care products. Free wifi was good. We enjoyed our stay and thought it was good value for the price.

The mattress surface was quite flat, not uncomfortable, but not very inviting. The pillows also had some odd lumpy bits, felt like weighted beads(?). The buffet breakfast was OK, it had a few western options as well as Japanese options, although nothing was really great (apart from the Aomori apple juice, which was delicious!).

WE drove Alphard car and the parking next to hotel is not suit for big car, blessed that there is ample car park nearby and the charges is very reasonable, JPY500/ night

Very clean and nice hotel , they provide free drink machine at lift area. the lobby is at 5th floor with nice decoration / design.

Second floor dinner place was very good. You could even order to your room.

If you are traveling by train this place is not recommended. Too far from Aomori station

Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was quite wide for one person so very comfortable. All the information was on TV and I like contactless system here at this hotel. The convenience store and restaurants were located on the ground floor in the same building,

My room’s washlet did not work. It was pity.

Good hotel near the center of Aomori. the facility is well comfortable, although the decor is a bit outdated. The rooms are quiet and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast is very good, you can find both continental and oriental food.

it’s proximity to established venues made it a desirable hotel, and a luxury stay. I will definitely be looking here again if I find myself in Aomori once more.

Location was a bit far from a lot of activities, though walkable (15 mins). From the train station and morning markets.

I have trouble walking so they offered us a disabled room on the same level as reception and dining room. This was a great help.

Breakfast. I had western and my husband Japanese. It was the same every morning. The western was all cold. There was no toast. there was a small cold omelet in the box and cold bacon, weaner, fried scallop or prawn....the only good thing was the corn soup powder which just needed hot water added.

Our room was quite spacious, so they managed to add two sofa beds for kids without charging extra. Beds are comfortable. Very clean.
