Service staff were excellent. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities but it was rather small (normal by Japanese hotel standards I suppose). There’s a Family Mart near the lobby which made it convenient to grab a bite without having to go out in the snow. Allowed us to checkin early and to checkout late which is quite unusual in Japan.

Wanted a hotel close to the airport but it was 2 train stations away (and the trains were very crowded) and in the heavy snow, the only way was to take a taxi, especially if you have luggage. Other than that, it was a very good hotel.

The Hotel was located a short distance from New Chitose Airport which is perfect for us as we didn't want to travel a long distance in the dark when we first land in a foreign country in the autumn evening when it gets dark at 5pm. Although old, the lobby was grand still and the hotel gave us a very good first impression of Hokkaido and a very good rest stop after a long flight. The beds were extremely comfortable. There were good restaurants in the hotel and good cheaper options around the hotel. We bought the breakfast and it was superb! Just what we need before embarking on our long drive to the next destination.

we booked the corner room for a night to prepare for an early flight the next morning. the view was awesome and had a separate bath room from toilet. there’s a giant Aeon mall next to it, you can do all your last minute grocery/winter clothes / shoes / glasses shopping. it’s about 10mins away fm the airport. The staff helped to arrange for taxi to the airport. earliest booking time was 6:20am. felt panicky coz our flight was 7:30am. we arrived on time coz the drivers came early and the domestic counters for ANA only open at 6:30am.

Breakfast - the Japanese breakfast of noodles and rice with condiments is very nice. Location is close to the airport, and there is a little cafe behind them that serves good coffee. The reception staff that served us was very courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious and had good views.

We only stayed for a night as we were enroute to the ski resorts after landing the night before! Wished we had more time to stay longer to enjoy the facilities.

The hotel is well positioned with guest parking onsite. The hotel itself is spacious and stylish with excellent facilities onsite - bars, restaurants, fitness and recreational rooms. We only stayed one night - but the room was spacious extremely comfortable bed and room temperature was just right. I was particularly impressed with the bathroom which was large and very stylish. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the Hotel's restaurant HASKAP The Garden which served tasty dishes using local Hokkaido farm fresh products. Breakfast was a buffet style also served at Haskap - very generous variety of food to suit both Western and Japanese tastes. The staff too were very friendly and helpful - their assistance exceeded my expectations. There is also the addition of a Family Mart convenience store on the ground floor for last minute purchases, snacks drinks etc. We will most certainly return to this Hotel in the future

There was nothing I did not like.

Overall stay was pleasant, however, we were expecting the shuttle bus service to the airport but was told during check in that the service was suspended. Initally we booked at this hotel again because we have stayed here a couple of times previously and return because of the free shuttle service but this year there was no service. The staff was very helpful in booking an early taxi for us to the airport.

The location is only a couple of short blocks from the train station, so if I did not have large luggage, the train direct from the airport is an easy connection to the hotel in Chitose. The amenities were clean, comfortable, appearing current in modern style. Breakfast was FULL with plenty of options. Staff was helpful in every way. There is a business office with a computer which I found to be hard to find in many locations. But, if your cell phone goes out or is broken, this came in exceptionally handy!

Very clean, crazy amount of useful items like razors, combs, creams, sewing kits etc - outstanding - even a loofah!

However, I arrived there just after 9pm after travelling all day and could not order room service - so we didn't eat. Terminating room service at 9pm is really inconvenient for late arrivals who got f#$ked around by Malaysia Airlines...

It is across the street from the shopping mall. One block from the train station. Walking distance to restaurants. There was even a Family Mart “inside” the hotel. I also liked the courtyard view of the trees from our room.

Clean, lovely helpful staff. The golf waa fun, though need to book in advance. Felt very safe

The location was not as convenient for the airport as we thought and it was not possible to book a taxi early enough for our flight . This meant we had to carry all our luggage through town to the train station (10 minutes away). It was fine but probably worth booking taxis well in advance if needed .
