Near to the airport. I would strongly recommend travellers to spend the last night at this hotel so that you can travel hassle free to airport in 10 mins. They even provide free shuttle to airport which is even more convenient when you need to catch an early flight or depart at 6.30am.

There's no drive thru lobby for the travellers to drop off their luggages, especially those who came in with bulky items. It's crucial to drag all these luggages to lobby all the way from the main road during winter (snowing).

This was the cheapest hotel in Chitose and the value was quite good. There are airport shuttles which you can reserve for check out day and there is a free taxi pick up from Chitose station but inquire with the hotel as conditions apply. Rooms are clean and come standard with the basics. There is a breakfast buffet and on site restaurant that looked quite good but we did not make use of it on our trip.

A bit far from the station compared to the other hotels in the area. Rooms are on the small side and lobby area is quite small, it’s a budget hotel so if you want more amenities you might want to consider a more pricier option.

Perfect for a night before a flight. Note: if you're coming from Niseko, the CHUO bus stops at Chitose station; it needs to be booked a few days in advance. Free airport shuttle. Friendly staff. Decent value for Japan.

Bit of a hike from Chitose station if you're carrying luggage. Check the times of the airport shuttle as it only runs in the morning. Otherwise you can walk to the station and get the airport train for 270 yen, or get a taxi. Hotel restaurant was closed when we were there, but there are other restaurants nearby.

Just nice for a short nap/rest before take off early morning. Provide free shuttle to airport but need reservation.

Although i assume it is near from JR Chitose Station to walk, but during winter with heavy bags, do consider to take taxi. Free shuttle to airport is good but I did not aspect it to be full so fast, otherwise we will inform the hotel in advance. So we opt for free shuttle to JR Chitose Station. Thank god is still available.

The staff delivered our luggage to our rooms after check-in time. It was a very lovely gesture that we had not been able to experience at any of the other five hotels we had stayed at during our trip to Hokkaido. Loved the free shuttle bus to New Chitose Airport. Very convenient and helped us to save a bit of money and a rather clumsy walk in the snow.

The location can be a bit far in winter when the snow is thick on the roads. Add a substantial number of traffic lights between the hotel and the JR station and it could take up to 20 mins walk with luggage in tow.

Very close to the airport. Relatively easy to get there from the airport with a bus. Use Google Maps. It's a short 15 min ride + 3 min walking. It's perfect for one night before or after a flight. Shuttle from the hotel to the airport is provided for free.

It's a shame that there is no shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. The room is very small even in Japanese standards.

The place is close to Chitose airport, pretty nice.

They don't have access from car park to hotel, I have to carry all my luggage from carpark all the way down to hotel, instead they could simply make a stair straight to the hotel from carpark. The hotel smells like burned wood or smoking inside it, you will get used to it but still feels weird.

Older male staff spoke English. Room was small (to be expected in Japan and for the price) but adequate for our overnight stay. Each floor of the hotel's walls was covered by unique wallpaper.

Shuttle staff did not speak English. We were fortunate that a person on the shuttle translated for us that we were bound for the Domestic and NOT the International airport. In hindsight, I should have informed front desk so they can communicate to the shuttle staff member.

If you’re here to ride niseko on a budget, this is the perfect place. I hope I can come back next January. Food on site for dinner. Plenty of bathrooms. Great dry room for your gear after you ride.

Uh oh I wanted to extend but it was full capacity? Hhah. It was great. But it is a hostel, so expect hostel living with a lot of people moving at their own times. Don’t complain about hostel living, if you’re in a hostel. I loved it here.
