The room that I booked has a washing machine cum dryer, a microwave, a good-size fridge and a basin. Room is of decent size where I can find a space to put my big luggage. The bed is firm and not soft which I slept well for most nights. The room is also quiet though it's very near to the elevator. I was able to work in the room with no interruption and outside noises. The touchless buttons in the elevator is a good invention! Easy to use the check-in and check-out kiosks. Lastly, the location is also convenient with lots of eating choices, cafes, convenient stores and very near to Kawabata Shopping Arcade/Shopping Street. Use exit 4 or 5 (with elevator) to come up from Kushida Shrine station and you will find the accommodation. You can also walk to Hakata Station (probably about 10 min or so) from the accommodation.

Location is great. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly. The public bath was also nice.
The room was on the smaller side, felt like being back in Tokyo.. especially for the price. It’s a great hotel but I wouldn’t say it’s the best value for money if room size matters at all. Especially in the tatami room, where the luggage shouldn’t be carried on the tatami, it feels like there’s no real place to open your luggage. I guess we could have checked the room size beforehand so please do that when booking! Overall not a huge deal, but something to keep in mind. Breakfast was very crowded and the choice of food wasn’t as good as many other hotels of the same price we’ve visited.

Location was very central, close to shrines and temples of central Hakata as well as the canal city (if you are into that kind of stuff) and the riverside yatai. The room was perfectly sized for a one-night stay and the fact that there was a washer dryer was a life saver for me (I had purposely booked a room with this appliance included as I had anticipated I would need it after travelling around Kyushu for a number of days). There is a public bath on the basement which was clean and empty when I was there (there is an indoor and semi outdoor pool, which is great to have), with face towels and other amenities provided to bathers on site. Compared to Solaria Nishitetsu in Kagoshima-Chuo where I had stayed at during my trip around Kyushu, I felt this hotel was better value for money, and would thus recommend it. I didn't have breakfast but I understand you can purchase a ticket at will to be able to break fast there and selection of foods looked promising on the poster.

The hotel is very new, modern and clean. We really liked our Bunk Room for our family of 2 adults & 1 10-year-old! We also had our first Japanese bathing experience at the Hotels Public Bath, and the whole experience was quite comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
The only disappointment to our stay was at check in we were advised our breakfast was included, however the next morning we were advised that it wasn’t! It was 1800 yen per person, and converting to Australian dollars we thought $18 was a bit expensive for our 10-year-old who wouldn’t get her moneys worth.. however there was no other children options, so we instead went elsewhere for a cheaper breakfast!

The hotel is right opposite of the canal city and there is directly a subway entrance in front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and there is a nice locker room to stow your baggage. They also have a public bath which I didn't use. Everthing is quite new and there is a big breakfast buffet. There were a lot of dessert options.
The design of my room was alittle bit strange. The only window is in the bath/toilet which is separated from the room by a glass window. So you dont have directly a window in your room.

The location is very good and walking distance to Canal City, shopping streets and yatai. The room is with decent size and very comfortable beds (not too soft). The whole hotel and facilities are very clean and nice. The room service is provided in every 2 days, yet they will be sending extra towels and water. There wasn't much corridor noise, which was very peaceful sleep for us at night.
The self-check in system will be very helpful if I did 1 room booking. But, we booked 2 rooms with 2 and 3 people in each room respectively, so the system was unable to recognized. The system didn't provided the option to choose which room and which person to register to, which ended up with longer check in process.

- Perfect location - Very nice room - The public bath in the basement is a REALLY nice perk. Used it every night. So relaxing. - Very powerful AC - Solid breakfast, albeit crowded - Slippers and robes provided
- No reading light for the bed - Elevator always stops on floor 2 even though 80% of the time nobody is getting on or off at that floor. Very annoying. Also seemed like only one of three elevators was operational. - Only 2 laundry machines for all men in the building. Hard to find a free one - The pillows aren’t great. Very firm. They have like beans inside.

Location is excellent. Kushida shrine substation is just at the hotel’s doorstep and it is only 1 stop away from Hakata. Very nice restaurants surrounding the hotel. Hotel is very clean and front desk staff are helpful. The use of washing machine in the room itself makes it an ideal choice for the last leg of the vacation.
My family of 4 booked 3 rooms. Daddy and 18 yo son each took one room. I shared the 3rd room with my 16 yo daughter. The size of bed is actually just sufficient for a single adult. For 2 ladies of approx 165cm at 50kg, it’s tight. We checked with hotel if we can take another room but hotel is fully booked. So my girl and I didn’t sleep well for the 4 nights there.

Great location (flat 10min walk from Hakata Station). Location is also close to Canal City, stores and restaurants. There are many people who stay in this hotel so it can feel quite busy but also lively. My room was a bit small but very modern, comfortable beds with intuitively placed charging ports and lights. Bathroom is clean and modern. There is also a small public bath in the hotel to relax in after a long day, and free icy poles for a treat after. Overall, one of my favourite stays in Japan so far.
Rooms are a bit small - needed to rearrange furniture to fit 2 suitcases. You can hear people in the hallway.

The laundry machine inside the room was easy to use and was so convenient to have. The bed was comfy and good-sized space for a solo traveler. Public bath was nice and relaxing.
The elevators stop on the 2nd floor EVERY SINGLE TIME, regardless whether or not anyone pushes the button for that floor and if you just wanna leave the hotel to the ground floor or go directly to your room. This also somewhat accounts for the slowness of calling for one, even though they are 3 active elevators in this hotel.
