There are two reasons to stay here: firstly, it right in the airport so you can easily walk to and from your flight; and secondly it's cheap. As a bonus it has a nice public bath Japanese style that feels great after arriving from a flight. The general design parameters can only be described as bizarre: in order circumvent certain regulations and fees, each of the units cannot be completely closed or locked, although there is a lockbox for valuables inside the units. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

My biggest complaint is that the male section has sleeping units on two floors, but has toilets on only on the lower floor and thus in general I would recommend trying to get a unit on the lower floor.

The location is perfect, directly at the airport. Both the cabin and the shared bathroom were clean and the staff was professional and kind. The bed was also very comfy. If you bring a sleeping mask and ear plugs, you can have a very good sleep.

I didn't like that the curtain of the cabin didn't close completely. As such, light from the hallway came into the cabin as well as noise from the other cabins. The curtains make some sounds, so be prepared that throughout the night, as people move in&out of their cabins, there will be quite some noise.

I loved that the cabins weren't "bunks" like in capsule hotels. It's perfect for a good night's rest during a layover. The onsen is a godsend after many hours of travelling. It allows proper relaxation and rejuvenation. It was really nice to have pyjamas provided when you don't have much in your carry-on. The coin operated laundry is also great after long travel. The 24 hour front desk is perfect, since flight delays etc. can cause people to arrive much later than initially intended. (I was delayed by the JAL crash in Haneda Airport.) The location, in easy walking distance from Terrminal 2, is absolutely great and, if you arrive early enough, the Aeoroplaza has a lot of restaurants or many different kinds, too. It was honestly perfect after 20+ hours of travel. It was a relief to get some sleep and some relaxation in the onsen.

I understand that the walls are very thin, and I understand why people are supposed to be quiet in the cabins — but the lounge is a common section (outside of the men's and women's respective sections), which I wasn't really keen on visiting at 1 a.m. in pyjamas. A lounge within the cabin area would have been great and allowed me to call my family.

Perfect for when you have an early flight to catch and need a place to stay to avoid rushing--or in my case, I was alone and had too many suitcases to take around and commute. Also the cheapest hotel in the area. The place was okay, despite the capsule set-up, it wasn't really noisy--but if you are a light sleeper, i suggest using the ear plugs provided. I loved the onsen bath (free to use when you stay) The pantry was small but you can always opt to eat out in the airport should you want better eating ambience/area. If you have large luggages, you can store them at a luggage room (staff will provide for you a lock and key) each cabin rooms don't have space for luggages, unless you book the premium one. Amenities are provided including sleep clothes and slippers.

Since it's a short stay capsule hotel, there are no lounge areas. It could be quite noisy when some guests check out for really early flights. Food choices are limited once the airport shuts down. So be sure to pack yourself some snacks if you are a frequent midnight-snacker.

The whole concept is excellent: A clean, useful and safe solution to get few hours sleep before an early flight. I am very thankful for this option and the value for money is good. The accommodation is right at the airport in terminal 1, just few minutes walk nearby the check-in counter. The way to the accommodation is very well signed, so I could easily find the airport hotel once I arrived at terminal one (1) by train. Super clean toilet and shower that can be locked to stay private. Useful amenities such as tooth brush, ear plugs and shaver.

The bed could be more comfortable (more soft). The air of the dormitory could be cleaner and more fresh ... the odor of shoes was in the air. As alarm by smart phone is not allowed it needs a solution for a wake-up call that does not disturb the neighbors. I have intuitively waken up several times ahead of my alarm to avoid disturbing my neighbors next door. Of course I did not want to miss my plane. Would be great, if these issues could be fixed, because the First Cabin Accommodation is still a purposeful solution which I would like to book again. Thanks!

This came to my rescue after a flight cancellation needing to book a night of accommodation at short notice to catch early flight the next day. Surprisingly comfortable / good nights sleep, helpful staff and nice to be able to enjoy public bath (private showers also available ). Cool to have the capsule hotel experience!

The capsule is obviously small so you need to keep tidy and organised but that comes with this type of hotel and totally expected (and part of the novelty)

The location definitely wins, great if you need to catch a morning flight. There's a restaurant next to it for you to get hot meals. There's also lawson downstairs so you don't have to actually go inside airport to buy snacks. Upon arrival, either domestic or international go to 2nd floor and out the middle entrance heading to the train terminal. You'll see the nikko hotel building and this capsule is in the building. The walk was only 3 minutes and facilities were great, they provided everything you would need. Note for muslim travellers, the toilets are equipped with bidet 👍🏻 There's two options for the room, take a note of the sq ft, the smaller one will have just the bed and you'll need to store luggage at the common area (staff will give you a lock to secure it). The bigger sq ft, that's the first class room, will have a bit of space at the side of the bed. Each capsule has ample ceiling space so you won't feel claustrophobic. I also like the fact that the lighting can be dimmed instead of just on off.

Noisy. Business class rooms have this blind shutters that goes up and down, it makes so much noise. Definitely don't expect to have a good sound sleep, it's more likely just to lie down and for a shut eyes. Although been told to keep silent and only do repacking at the common area, there will be idiots who will drag their luggage onto their bed and do the repacking there, disturbing the neighbours. Bed and pillow were hard but then again maybe it's meant like that, if it's super comfortable you may missed your flight.

Staying just a few minutes away from departure was great. The whole place was well organised, clean and all the facilities were brilliant. I was pleasantly surprised that it was so comfortable, not at all claustrophobic and that I got a good night's sleep in the well equipped Capsule bedroom. The staff were very kind and helpful.

It would have been nice to have a kettle so one could make a hot drink. All the hostels and hotels I stayed in had a kettle, free coffee, tea, paper cups etc. This would be a nice touch.

- Location is super convenient, you can walk from the station and easily access either terminal (walking or catching the shuttle bus) so perfect for an early morning flight. - The hotel is clean and well equipped, amazing bathrooms including a public Japanese style bath to unwind in. - The staff are friendly and helpful (the ones I spoke to did not speak much English but were still so kind and patient with me). They have all kinds if free amenities available including phone chargers, lots of bathroom products, headphones etc. - There is a Lawson convenience store on the floor below and a simple restaurant just by the lobby which are both 24hrs for all your needs.

- The mattress was very hard and it can be noisy, with other guests getting up at all different hours, the blinds on the capsules are quite loud opening and closing. You are also not allowed to set an alarm clock (which is good to not wake up other guests) so they give you a vibrating one, but this made me worried that I would not wake up in time for my flight, so overall I did not sleep well in the capsule.

The installations were very clean and confortable, the staff was very helpful and there were plentiful amenities. I didn't use the public bathroom, but the private shower rooms were very convenient. Regarding noise, it is bound to happen in an installation like this, and I went with this fact mind. Just pick up free ear plugs and a mask at the front desk and you're good to go.

If I could change something, I would like the capsule's "curtain door" to close all the way. As it is, there is still a gap through which a lot of light enters from the corridor, but it's not a big deal, as it still feels very private.
