Great location, it's across the road from Terminal 1 KIX so you can easily walk there. Staff were friendly. The room is as in the picture. Your suitcase cannot fit in the room, but it is chained in the luggage area. Only your key can open. VERY CLEAN with hanging space and a safety box for valuables. There's a washing machine and irons for rent. The amenities were also very clean. The bathroom area has restrooms, private shower booths and a communal shower area and spa. It was great to use the spa area before going to bed. The powder room was well equipped with cleanser, toner and creams. Honestly really good stay and I would come again!

Wifi is very slow. AC not strong and lowest temperature was not cold. I was hot all night. You will hear others walking and opening their suitcases so use ear plugs!

Perfect location almost inside the airport. This annex building - where the hotel is located - also has restaurant options, and it's ridiculously easy for public transportation, if going to Osaka, Kyoto and Region. People normally stay here for one day, to catch early flights in the morning. I stayed for two days and didn't mind the commuting to the city for sightseeing.

Doors in the pods don't close all the way to the end, I believe for ventilation. It feels a little less safe than other pod accommodations that I stayed in. In the end I felt quite safe regardless.

This capsule hotel is just inside Kansai International Airport. For those who have early flights, this is an cost-effective choice. The capsule cabin is only for sleep. Staff are professional and helpful. The public bath is almost a sauna. Price is affordable.

The capsules do not have doors, but are separate from outside using curtains. These curtains cannot be soundproof and have safety concerns. The luggage must be stored near the entrance/exit. Although staff borrow guests locks, it is still not too safe without watching eyes on luggage.

There are two reasons to stay here: firstly, it right in the airport so you can easily walk to and from your flight; and secondly it's cheap. As a bonus it has a nice public bath Japanese style that feels great after arriving from a flight. The general design parameters can only be described as bizarre: in order circumvent certain regulations and fees, each of the units cannot be completely closed or locked, although there is a lockbox for valuables inside the units. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

My biggest complaint is that the male section has sleeping units on two floors, but has toilets on only on the lower floor and thus in general I would recommend trying to get a unit on the lower floor.

The location is perfect, directly at the airport. Both the cabin and the shared bathroom were clean and the staff was professional and kind. The bed was also very comfy. If you bring a sleeping mask and ear plugs, you can have a very good sleep.

I didn't like that the curtain of the cabin didn't close completely. As such, light from the hallway came into the cabin as well as noise from the other cabins. The curtains make some sounds, so be prepared that throughout the night, as people move in&out of their cabins, there will be quite some noise.

I loved that the cabins weren't "bunks" like in capsule hotels. It's perfect for a good night's rest during a layover. The onsen is a godsend after many hours of travelling. It allows proper relaxation and rejuvenation. It was really nice to have pyjamas provided when you don't have much in your carry-on. The coin operated laundry is also great after long travel. The 24 hour front desk is perfect, since flight delays etc. can cause people to arrive much later than initially intended. (I was delayed by the JAL crash in Haneda Airport.) The location, in easy walking distance from Terrminal 2, is absolutely great and, if you arrive early enough, the Aeoroplaza has a lot of restaurants or many different kinds, too. It was honestly perfect after 20+ hours of travel. It was a relief to get some sleep and some relaxation in the onsen.

I understand that the walls are very thin, and I understand why people are supposed to be quiet in the cabins — but the lounge is a common section (outside of the men's and women's respective sections), which I wasn't really keen on visiting at 1 a.m. in pyjamas. A lounge within the cabin area would have been great and allowed me to call my family.

Perfect for when you have an early flight to catch and need a place to stay to avoid rushing--or in my case, I was alone and had too many suitcases to take around and commute. Also the cheapest hotel in the area. The place was okay, despite the capsule set-up, it wasn't really noisy--but if you are a light sleeper, i suggest using the ear plugs provided. I loved the onsen bath (free to use when you stay) The pantry was small but you can always opt to eat out in the airport should you want better eating ambience/area. If you have large luggages, you can store them at a luggage room (staff will provide for you a lock and key) each cabin rooms don't have space for luggages, unless you book the premium one. Amenities are provided including sleep clothes and slippers.

Since it's a short stay capsule hotel, there are no lounge areas. It could be quite noisy when some guests check out for really early flights. Food choices are limited once the airport shuts down. So be sure to pack yourself some snacks if you are a frequent midnight-snacker.

The management level is high, the facilities are complete and the service is very good, also good location.

The sound insulation is not good, just a simple door curtain, so you will be woken up by the noise made by people with low quality, The toilet in the men's dormitory is one floor down, which is not very convenient,I was woken up by the noise with someone,so I wanna go to the toilet, but after I went to the toilet, I was no longer sleepy, for a capsule hotel, the price is a bit high.

The given amenities such as night clothing, plenty of toiletries, water and slippers made it feel premium. Private showers and a nice room to dry your hair. It had proper facilities to charge all of my devices, and obviously being in the Osaka airport was extremely convenient.

For a capsule hotel I didn't have any issues. Many of the other reviews on capsule hotels are just unaware of the concept and the trade-offs that are required for a cheap stay.

This came to my rescue after a flight cancellation needing to book a night of accommodation at short notice to catch early flight the next day. Surprisingly comfortable / good nights sleep, helpful staff and nice to be able to enjoy public bath (private showers also available ). Cool to have the capsule hotel experience!

The capsule is obviously small so you need to keep tidy and organised but that comes with this type of hotel and totally expected (and part of the novelty)
