The hotel had rooms available when our flight got cancelled due to the IT crisis. The floor that we were on level 6, was convenient because of the vending machine and washing machines were on that level. We utilised these facilities during our stay. The hotel provides an airport shuttle service, which is a plus for travellers. The room was big enough for my partner and I.

The hotel was a bit far from the train station. There are only a few eateries in walking distance. Would recommend getting a car to travel around in if you're staying at this hotel. The hotel's bathroom is so small. If you are a bigger person, you may struggle. The hotel looks dated but it was comfortable enough for our stay.

The usual features of the business hotel were available. A welcome extra was the free shuttle bus service to Kansai Airport. It is a large comfortable bus and the staff were really well informed about the right bus to go on for our flight. We noticed that there were services such as a massage, a public bath & breakfast available but didn't have time to try them. We caught a train from Osaka and had about a 20 minute easy walk with our back packs to the hotel. We ate dinner at a close local restaurant which featured photos of US celebrities of the 1960s on the walls, the music of the era and excellent food with a salad bar. It is good value, a real bonus! There was the usual step up into the bathroom which is OK for us but could be a challenge for someone with impaired mobility.

Very nice room, a bit small, but has everything a solo traveler could need. Very clean, and the hotel provides many items if you're missing some (toothbrush, razor, etc ...). Great for a 1 night before taking a flight. Staff are very friendly too!

Location is a bit annoying to get to without a taxi. Good bus system for getting to & from airport, but you're in for a 15-30 min walk to get the metro or any sightseeing (you should see the marble beach though, it's very beautiful!) The chair in the room was a little uncomfortable with it's weak back support, and the lack of tv channel variety was dissapointing too. I was interested in Japanese TV, but there were only a dozen accessible channels.

We stayed here bcoz our flight got cancelled. Its one of the decent hotels near the airport, it's like 10mins away by shuttle. Oh, they offer free hotel-airport shuttle that's also one of the reasons why we chose this hotel. They have a communal bath here, that's one unique experience for me. They have a vendo machine on the first floor thats full of beer. U can use all the pillows u want free of charge. Theyre like 10 restos around to eat from.

The nearest station is still far, like 20mins away. Aside from that, the hotel is perfect for what we need it for a temporary place to stay.

I love the shuttle service to and from Kansai International Airport, it did help a lot and also your front-office staffs were really nice, even when we checked in really late at night, and did help a lot when my friend left our key in our room when we had breakfast lol Overall, we both enjoyed our short stay in your hotel, so thank you!

Breakfast buffet was nice. Wide range of foods and only for 500 yen. Very good value for money.

Bath in the room could have been bigger but that's not at all what we went there for. So it wasn't a problem at all. Plus they have a public bath!

I like the breakfast. I like the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Everything in the bathroom.

All good. It’s just that the place is 16 mins walk away to train station. Just tiring to walk.

The hotel was clean, nice like on the pictures, my room was wheelchair friendly, the staff were friendly, and we got a free shuttle bus to the airport early in the morning. Left too early to try the breakfast

It's not super easy to reach by train/subway, but the taxi drive from Hineno station was alright, so that worked out well

We came late from a plane and decided to stay there for a night to catch up a train on the next day. The location near the airport and the free shuttle bus were super practical. Furthermore, the amenities were great and the bed was comfortable. We didn't have time but there was also an onsen at the hotel.

We arrive at Kansai Airport at 10pm, so glad that the airport shuttle reduced the time and hassle. There is restaurant nearby to save the hungry souls at late night. Overall good stay for overnight.
