There's a huge collection of manga. Room was spacious There's a bathtub and clean. Love the onsen. Breakfast is very simple buffet. Not at all extravagant but it is very homely. I am impressed by the door. The room door is magnetic, the door stopper, make up room sign and do not disturb sign is magnetic. You use it just like how you treat a magnet on the fridge. It's new for me and very cool. Staff are also very nice and can converse in English. There's a convenient store right next to the hotel!. Very good deal!

I didn't stay for a longer period of time there. Location is a little far from anywhere but very good if you need to catch the airport. Just a train stop away.

Staying here on the final day in Japan before going to airport is very satisfying especially their free facilities such as phone charger, public bath, blackhead face cleanser, large volume comic books, etc. The room is so comfortable and very spacious for 3 person. Able to eat comfortably at the table and in front of the large TV. One station away to KIX airport for train. Free drink at the reception.

Need to have good sense of direction when travel to this hotel after coming out from the station where you need to take a lift to the ground level and then continue lots of walking which Google map doesn't show this causing us to walk straight to a dead end and reroute back. Coincidentally, we travel to this hotel at night which can be scary as there is very lack of street lights and too dark if alone.

Nite an tidy hotel facilities. We stay in the room bunk bed. The bed is extremely comfortable. The breakfast is valued for money, food was delicious and healthy.

The hotel information showed it needs less than 10 mins walk from the station, however we finally took much time chasing around to find the way. In fact, it was not easy to access to the hotel from the JR station without clear directional signs. The hotel entrance is on the ground floor, unfortunately we could not find the lift and elevator from the Rinku JR station, but to carry our heavy luggages walking the stairs to the ground. Bad experience especially when we arrived the hotel in the late evening.

It was relatively close to the airport and Rinku Town. I loved the Lawson convenience store down below. I liked the laundry facilities. The staff was very professional and welcoming. The room space was set up like a small apartment and it felt homey and comfortable. Beds were clean and nice. I enjoyed having a large table to eat from and relax sitting down. The showers were clean and working well. I enjoyed having two sinks to use. I’m overall, a very modern looking and nice hotel.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. I would book here again in the future.

A comfortable stay for those waiting to depart to Kansai Airport. We had a good dinner at Joyful (24 Hours fast food) which was a few mins walk away, and there are plenty of convenient stores nearby. Short walk from the train station (1 stop away from Kansai Airport) but might be quite chilly to walk on the colder days, best to layer up. Rooms are spacious, and great for reorganizing luggage. The bathhouse was nice too.

The walk from the train station in the night was freezing, morning was ok.

It's clean, it's comfortable (room size is generous for Japanese hotels) and there's a spa-bath, the breakfast is fresh and delicious, catering both for Japanese and 'western style' choices. It's within comfortable walking distance from Rinku town train station (and thereby Kansai Airport), with a convenience store next door. And all at an affordable price: what's not to like?

The only thing to ask for is coffee/tea in the rooms.

The property is close to the airport, which is great if you have a flight the next day. Everything was extremely clean and the staff were friendly. There is a convenience store next to the hotel and the hotel has vending machines.

The property is on the outskirts of Osaka, which means you will have to travel a long time by train to get to the city center. It would be nice to have a safe in the room to store valuable property in.

Comfortable though compact room with very nice shower room. Good breakfast with decent choice, though not as varied as in other cases in Japan. Staff was extremely helpful and kind, kept our suitcases for several days between two different one-night stays, would definitely return!
