Conveniently located a stone throw away from the metro station Izumisano which is 2 stops away from Kansai International Airport. 7-11 less then 5 minutes walk away. There is a large Supermarket opposite hotel less then 10 steps away. Next door is another drug store where you can do your last minute shopping or buy any souveneirs you missed earlier. But not a tax-free store. Room for 5 people was spacious. Plenty of wall socket for all to use. Free airport shuttle. We reserved the earliest shuttle at 5.30am upon check-in. The next morning, bus was waiting at the hotel entrance at 5.20am. So don't be late. Smoking room available at the end of a few selected floors. Vending machine on all floors Spotted a luggage weighing machine on floor 16 when I went there to smoke. Not sure if it is available on other floors.

-No coffee provided in the room. Just green tea -Most restaurants in the vicinity close early. We wanted to get dinner at 8.30pm but the restaurants were closed or closing. However, there were several izakayas (drinking place serving snacks) that were still opened but all were full. We ended buying bento boxes in 7-11 as our dinner.

Our room was very big and spacious. Our family of 5, including 3 small kids, were very pleased with having the toilet and bath separate. With three big beds and a baby crib, we were all sleeping very comfortably. The location was very good - a couple of minutes walk from Izumisano station, with essential shops right outside, we had everything we needed. The breakfast was good.

The air conditioning was a little slow. The area for the breakfast had a wheelchair elevator up to the upper seating area, but there were only stairs down to the buffet area.

This is a very nice hotel, on the way to Kansai airport. Early morning airport shuttle service was available. There were many selections during breakfast. Could be one of the many great choices for coming or going to the airport, or to the nearby Rinku Town. Osaka downtown is also accessible by rapid train. For the right price, I will stay again.

The breakfast was on the 3rd floor. A top-floor restaurant could have been nicer. But perhaps not within the current price range.

Reasonably close to airport and offered morning shuttle back. Very Clean, helpful staff. Great price !!

Bed a bit on the hard side (seems to be a Japanese theme I’m finding when staying at or less than 4 star accomodation -eg my cater to local cliental I would suggest. Individuals rooms have a/c but hotel doesn’t appear use any in common areas - so very warm in hallways and the general reception /foyer area - very open foyer shared many floors with businesses -

I got a room on the top floor! The room was large and well equipped with all the necessities. The panoramic view was breathtaking. I loved the the proximity to the Izumisano station, the on time shuttle service to Kansai airport and the complimentary buffet was delicious (especially the miso soup, served hot). The staff during our check-in and check-out was polite, courteous and helpful. どうもありがとうございます

We enjoyed the view and the shuttle service, except that the shuttle service ended too early . I think 12:00 noon is appropriate as I paid for a room until noon. The room was spacious and the massage chair was a plus too!

The breakfast was awful, all very poor quality. Previously frozen croissants were offered with margarine, but even butter! I had the Japanese breakfast while my husband had the Western style breakfast. Neither of us were happy with the food.

Very close to the Izumisano station around 5 mins walk. The station itself is 1 stop away from Rinku Town Outlet. So it’s very convenient. The room at the hotel’s very large, clean and quite comfortable. The hotel also offers quests with free airport shuttle bus making this a very good choice for your last day before departing Osaka.

The only things we didn’t like were the bed and pillow. Both were flat and very uncomfortable.

The large room size made having to share with a friend easier. We had the top floor and the view was lovely. It was a quick walk from the station. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were very happy with the free shuttle service to the airport. The artwork and decor made the hotel very attractive. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

A noon time airport shuttle would have been nice.

Good location. Just 3-minute walk from Izumisano station. The hotel provides the drop-off service from the hotel to Kansai airport since 5.30 am. which is quite comfortable for guests who have early morning flight like us. Air-conditioning system is very good.

Soundproofing of a room could be better. Anyway. we still have a nice stay here.

Helpful reception for late evening arrival.

Because of a long queue at 06.05, I did not risk missing my transfer bus to the airport. A separate coffee machine would have helped; it would have been better than nothing. I walked from the railway station but the hotel name was not obvious. I had to walk around and ask someone.
