My room request was granted, and I had a view of Sakurajima from my window. I thought it was the same room they assigned to me previously and I was satisfied. The room had enough space, and I had a comfortable and restful sleep. There were two kinds of pillows to choose from and I thought it was smart to cover both preferences for hard and soft types. The location was superb for both going to Tenmonkan and my conference venue; both are within 10-minute walk. It is also near ferry ports and the Kagoshima City Aquarium. The hotel is very close to the airport shuttle bus stop (incoming) and the tram stops are just in front. A big department store and a convenient store are also right in front of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Upon arrival, I just noticed a water leak on the bathroom floor but not sure where it came from. Maybe a maintenance check is in order. Otherwise, everything else was perfect for a nice stay for me.

Very clean and comfortable, slightly bigger than other rooms we’ve stayed in in Japan (there was a double bed with a pull-out cot). Good location on a tram stop and just around the corner from main shopping area and a short walk in the other direction to the port area for the Sakurajima ferry and aquarium. Netflix option on TV, fridge and kettle in room. Self-service laundry facilities were useful and front staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location and price were great it provides a lot of value for the money paid. Especially for those seeking to go to Sakurajima island the hotel is perfectly located as it is only a 10 minutes stroll from the ferry pier. Furthermore, just down the street after turning right twice when leaving the hotel you get a splendid view on Sakurajima.

Except using the laundry machine experience, all was satisfactory. Good location with cozy rooms, and kind staffs.

(IMPORTANT) - I do highly recommend "NOT USING LAUNDRY MACHINES." The drying function after doing laundry on the machine was too HORRIBLE!!!! Even after using the drying for 1.5 hours, still the clothes were wet.... (I spent $10...) - Plus, it was needed to wait for the queue for 1 hour plus...

Location is great, center of the city and easy access to shopping district, ferry port and airport bus station. Staff are helpful. Wending machines and microwave avilable.

Rooms are not enough wide for family holiday. Recommend to choose sea side rooms since tramway and trafic light sounds wake you up in super early morning.

The room was clean and new and the only complaint I had is my feelings of "hot" differ from the Japanese understanding. The winter comforters were out even though it's 70+ degrees F in the daytime. The breakfast was excellent and several options were offered on the menu.

The location was good. Close to transportation options for just about anywhere. Staff were hospitable and the room was very clean with all the amenities you'd need. A very pleasant stay.

The room was a little small but this was made up by the bed being very very comfortable.

Spacious room compared to all the other hotels I’ve stayed in Japan. I love the drip coffee this hotel provides!

Great value for a roomy business hotel room. It's in the heart of Kagoshima, nearby shops, transportation, and restaurants. The room was clean.
