Great location, short walk from train station. No hassle in checking in and out, very impressed that they use machine for this. So you just type in your name to search for your booking on the machine, then scan your passport, access card will come out from the machine! And to check out, just insert to access card back in the machine and you are done! This is great since we checked out at 5am, no need to ring and wait for the staff. Comfortable bed and pillows (can ask for additional head and leg pillows)

It’s very small, we struggle to open our luggage, only have space to open one luggage at a time. The pillow is flat, but we can just ask for additional pillow so its actually quite comfortable.

Staff is amazing. They have accommodated all of our requests and were very helpful during all our stay. I appreciate the effort. Also, I loved the smoothies during the breakfast. As a vegan, it's always hard for me to find food options in the hotels, but these smoothies is exactly why I chose Comfort hotels. The pillows are very comfy!

The walls are too thin - I could hear people from all the sides walking, talking, slamming doors. Staff kindly agreed to change my room to a more quiet one, but I could still hear people in the hallways and the street noise outside the hotel even on the 14th floor. I couldn't sleep at all. Due to the noise I cannot give the best rate.

The staff are super helpful. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Bathroom dated but very clean with powerful and hot shower. Free coffee. Great location close to Kannai station and walking distance to waterfront. The breakfast was plentiful. Did I mention how wonderful the staff are!

The pillows are flat and hard (my husband really liked them!) The lifts are quite small and can be very busy/full around check out time but you can use the stairs (external) at these times.

The hotel is very close to the stations. A lot of restaurants nearby and convenience stores. They have lockers downstairs for guests to use for free. I expected a little bit more from the room as the photos were much better compared to the actual. Space was okay but quite small. The windows are quite big and was surprised to see mount Fuji from our room! We had free breakfast which was a nice touch. Overall it was a pleasant stay for a stoppver in Yokohama.

Nice staff/smooth check in and check out. A great location close to multiple train stations and a lot of attractions in Yokohama (the waterfront is gorgeous with tons to do.) Easy to get to Tokyo via trains as well, and there are a lot of convenience stores close by. There's also a great record store, Disk Union, a short walk away!

Might be a little small and uncomfortable for American travelers, bedding is more thin and Japanese than some foreigners might like, but it's not too bad and I'm sure the staff would provide an extra pillow on request. Breakfast was a little sparse in terms of selection but well maintained and had a variety between days.

The hotel was in a good location. It was close to everything we wanted to visit in Yokohama, especially the cruise terminal. It was close to a train station so we could easily visit other parts of Tokyo. Good breakfast selection, clean and quiet room, although rather small. The staff was very friendly.

The location is great. The bed is comfortable and clean. Breakfast has various options and was delicious and considered very healthy. We loved the breakfast very much. We would definitely book this hotel again.

The sink in the bathroom was super low, I had to bend down to wash my face which was very uncomfortable.

The triple room was the largest we had while in Japan. We stayed in 7 hotels and this was the biggest by far and great for three adults.

The breakfast was okay but the eggs seemed like powdered eggs rather than fresh. Lots of options for breakfast though.

This is really close to exit three of Kannai station and is close to the Yokohama Baystars baseball ground and China Town. My room was extremely affordable and a solid breakfast was included. There's a nice little Korean place one street away as well :)

My main point - and I think it's mentioned in the hotel description - is that the step down from the bathroom to the room is higher than you'd expect (probably something to be aware of if you are a little older). The elevators always stop on the second floor (where the front desk is) which can be a little irritating.

The ambience of the library cafe and the professionalism of the staff. Staff helps you a lot and access to basic facilities in library cafe was amazing.

For the first time traveller, it was all good.
