The hotel had a classy interior and the rooms were clean. The shower pressure was fantastic, and the water got very warm. There was also a bath salts bar, where you could make your own scents. It wasn't too far from the station, and most attractions were about a 20 minute walk away. Overall a great place to stay.

While they offered breakfast (for a fee), it was the same three soups everyday. It was soup, 2 dinner rolls, and a small salad with a drink. While it was tasty, I wish that there was a bit more variety and volume. Thep plating and presentation was quite nice though, and the seating was cozy.

Location was great for train travel and access to local restaurants. The 24/7 access to tea and coffee in the reception was terrific. I used these facilities a lot during my time at the Hotel. The rooms were clean & tidy and very comfortable for me as a solo traveller.

Limited menu options for the breakfast. The breakfasts were aimed more at the local traveller than the international traveller. That said, the breakfasts were nutritious, filling and enjoyable.

We liked the little touch of attention to details such as a vanity mirror with lights which also serves as a bedside table unit. The self service station for bath salt to sooth our tired muscles after a long day of walking.

The way to the hotel is quite confusing. The instructions to exit via nearest train exit does not apply to those who do not own an IC card (which most tourist don't have). We had to walk a detour route in which we got a little lost due to the many overhead bridges in the same area. We had 4 luggage with us which were very inconvenient for getting up and down the bridges on some part of the journey.

The hotel's location was incredibly convenient. You could catch the bus, walk to the train station, or walk a bit further to the Hammerhead and Red Brick warehouse area. Very close to the hotel is a brewery with good food and beer options, as well as a few other restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and helped me move in with several bags. The room was spacious, with a couch and a small table. I enjoyed the space and the cleanliness of the room.

I was only there for a few nights, but I needed to do laundry, and there was only one washing machine and one dryer. It was challenging to find a time when it wasn't being used, and once I did, the dryer was not working well and required more than two cycles to get my clothes semi-dry. Perhaps a second washer and dryer combo would be beneficial for the hotel.

Smaller style of hotel which is clean and with good sustainability practises the location was an easy walk to interesting food, mall and tourist sites. There was a guest laundry (washer and dryer) microwave and vending machine on each floor. Wide corridors.

The hotel has very good location close to Sakuragicho station. It is ideal especially if you want a quiet area and still stay very central. There are many coffee shops and restaurants around. The room was spacious, very clean and had a separate area with a working desk. It is a great hotel where you can rest and sleep without surrounding noise. They also have a restaurant where they serve great coffee and sweets. I would choose this hotel any time again when in Yokohama.

The WiFi is not so strong in the room which was a little unfortunate because I couldn't make use of the working desk as much as I want to. But it was okay for normal browsing.

The hotel is located near Sakuragicho JR station (桜木町) around 3-5 mins by walk. So it's convenience for traveller who has JR PASS. Every staffs can speak English and very helpful. 24 hour reception desk. Check-out time is 11.00 a.m.

Lots of dusk behind TV and some dusk under the bed. Please check behind the things. Double bed is quite small for 2 people if you are tall and big. It's suitable for body of Japanese people.

The location is close to downtown Yokohama (Minato Mirai, Pacifico, etc.). The price is good for the location. I appreciated the toiletries, much more diverse than in Europe and America.

My room faced the nearby train station so it was a bit noisy. Also, the room was extremely small compared to what I was used with in Europe and America. But it seems this is a Japanese standard.

Love this hotel. Near the sea. You just need to cross the bridge to get to train station. Near bus station also. There is Seven Eleven near the hotel. The scenery was awesome from the room. And you could have your bath salt in the lobby. Nice! There is a restaurant but for breakfast and lunch only. It was nice, though quite expensive. But it is worth it.

Hemm..if you have big luggage, quite hard to bring it. Need to go around using the elevator in the bridge from train station.

Very nicely styled hotel in good neighborhood close to the train station. It also is walking distance (15 minutes) to major attractions like the harbor and Ferris wheel, restaurants and shopping.

Given its proximity to the train station, you could hear the trains departing, which could be bothersome for light sleepers. This didn’t cause any issues for me, though you should ask for a room at the front side of the hotel if you think it could be a problem.
