This as basic hotel with a clean basic small bedroom. The location was great ... Walking distance from the cruise port and the subway station s right next door. In fact, although I wasn't aware at the time, we could have used the subway closer to the cruise port to get to the hotel, which would have saved us having to walk the 20 minutes to the hotel with numerous suitcases.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the waterfront in Yokohama. The Bashamichi Station exit 3 is only a few metres away. It is a very pleasant walk to the Sakuragichō Station (assuming no luggage) / Landmark building and also the Red Brick warehouse. It is a short taxi ride to the Osanbashi Cruise terminal. The room was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.

1. I like the location of this hotel as it was directly above the Bashamichi train station, so accessible with many tourist attractions nearby. 2. I booked 1 triple room and 2 twin rooms for my family of 7. The triple room was excellent as it was very spacious, with a toilet, a bathroom, and a make-up/ dressing room all separated. 3. I would rate the breakfast average. It could be better if more varieties were provided; for example, provide cut fruits or more choices of fruit juices other than apple juice only, as well as more varieties of bread/ cake.

We booked this for a couple of nights before starting a cruise from Yokohama, so really just needed somewhere to sleep off the jet lag. The room was basic, there was very limited space to put clothes but the bed was comfortable. There was a kettle in the room and sachets tea, coffee etc was freely available from the reception area, along with a large range of toiletries (although there was good shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom already). You could also borrow eg straighteners. For the price (and compared to the place we stayed in England upon our return), it was great.

I suspect a lot of people staying there are in transit so the lack of storage is not an issue but beware if you're thinking of staying for a few days. Also be aware (not a criticism just an observation for us language challenged Brits) they don't really speak English, although we managed with a few words of English there and a few words of Japanese here and they were very helpful.

The location is very great. It is very close to 2 train stations ( Bashamichi (Minato-mirai line) 1min by foot, JR Sakuragicho is 7-10 mins by walk) There are a lot of shops and restaurants (even an organic restaurant is 5min by foot) Considering the location, the price is understandable. The staffs were very nice too. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I think the hotel is old. So I smelled like chlorine disinfection from the water. The room was bit small.

Location was excellent. Size was perfect for what I needed (just a place to keep my stuff and where I could sleep, but bigger than a capsule hotel). Had everything I need for basic necessities and there were several restaurants and convenience stores nearby to fill anything else I needed.

Probably me just being an American thing, but the floors felt very thin, like every one of my footsteps boomed down the halls a little too loudly.

Our room was huge. The washlet toilet was separated from the bathroom and the vanity was big. Since the bathroom was Japanese style and big bathtub, I took a bath every night with onsen powder provided by the hotel. From tooth brush, tea, lotion, makeup remover, hair brush, and more, we could pick up at the lobby. We could relax and really enjoyed our stay.

The lobby was very small. If a group of guests in the lobby, you cannot sit down and see your friends.

Love the hotel service, location and the big room I requested. However the bathroom smells unclean and around toilet dirty and smells since they don’t clean room every day I have to clean the bathroom before using it. Other than that, reception staff all are superb very helpful and excellent amenities. Great location to supermarket and great restaurants. You can take bus to Narita/ Haneda from near bye hotel.

It was a super nice view from our room and we can see the Cosmo World. The bed was comfortable and was able to ask the staff for additional pillow. The room is wide and we were able to move. Location is really good and we can ride the Minato Mirai Line just right down the hotel. Great access to Yokohama Chinatown and other restaurants. Overall the stay was great and my parents really loved it. The food selection was not that bad. Just good for breakfast. The staff down the restaurant was nice.

The Japanese breakfast is delicious; however, it may not be suitable for those who prefer Western breakfast. My husband and I enjoy it every morning. The hotel is conveniently located near Bashamichi Station, Chinatown, Cupnoodles Museum, and Cruise Terminal, making it a great opportunity for a leisurely walk to these destinations.

It would be more convenient if the room had a small table one more chair, and two more pillows.
