Location is fantastic, because my main reason to stay at this Hotel is because of Gundam Factory, it's right in front of the Hotel, few minutes walk. Rooms are tidy and neat. They do cleaning at 10am onwards. Train subway is right behind, just 2-3 mins walk. Food is decent at surroundings, there's a Mega Donki on the right side. The Bus service to Haneda Airport is just opposite the road.

Nothing I didn't like but I think this Hotel didn't really change for modernity. They're still using manual Key to lock in out of room, unlike other Hotels that uses cards. I didn't get to try the breakfast. This hotel has a lot of wedding functions which tells me they're known for that locally. There's a chapel too.

Great location and service, the staff was able to provide me a room with a view of the gundam just outside the window. The room was very clean, the inclusion of a hair dryer and a water boiler helped maximize comfort for someone who is staying for a relatively short period of time. The hotel is located right next to the Gundam factory, which makes it one of the most ideal places to stay at if you want to go see the moving gundam on a daily basis. But even beyond that, it is also located right next to many great restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores, everything you could need is within walking distance. One more thing about the location, getting to the hotel from the Haneda airport is extremely simple, cheap and easy. All you need is 750 yen to grab a ticket for the keikyu airport limousine bus that is headed for the Yokohama red brick warehouse. One of the first stops for this bus is the Yokohama doll museum, which is located a few meters away from the entrance to mielparque yokohama. Thanks to this, the trip to arrive at the hotel is very easy and convenient and it's also just as easy to make your way back to the airport. Overall, the staff was extremely nice and polite. Despite the fact that they didn't speak much english, they were able to answer my every need and more. After punching out you can leave your luggage to them while you wait for your return trip.

The wifi was constantly disconnecting. Reconnecting is pretty fast but it's frustrating to have to do it every few minutes unless you find that sweet spot in your room where the connection actually stays.

The location is prime. It is also very close to public transport while being very quite. The full set bathroom is also very nice. Other appliances provided are also excellent.

Lack of a safe. While I should have my important belonging with me close by, somethings you are just not going very far and a safe would allow me to go around without carrying everything important.

The location is just a few steps from the MM line station

Sound proof is the main issue. Especially when there’s a motor bike trying to annoy people in the night street…

Very clean room. Wonderful location if this is the area of town you want to be in. Walked to Cup Noodles museum. So fun. That they allowed my son to play music on their piano was a huge treat. He’s an excellent pianist. That they stopped him from playing the following day was quite the disappointment.

The family room is very spacious, clean and new. It has a well equipped kitchenette with microwave and toaster. The bathroom has washing and dryer combo machine which we love it so much.

No gym in the building, no coffee and tea in the room. The front desk lady can only speak very little English.

This hotel is located in a prime location; we got off the train and found it no problem and then saw that we were right across the street from the pier and park. Our room also had the best view: Gundam Factory!! We also walked from here to Chinatown with no issues. The room itself was comfortable and the hotel as a whole looked very good.

It was November when we went but the room was too hot. The HVAC was centrally controlled to do heat only so we couldn't cool it off. We opened the window but the street noise was too much to sleep.

Location 100/100 It is near Metro station, 5mins walk to Gundam Factory and Donki. it locates right next to Yokohama Marine Tower. Belgian beer festival just held opposite to the hotel. Staff are nice.

far from kombini and no coin laundry. I can understand these since their main service is wedding ceremony

Breakfast buffet is attractive and elegant. Location of hotel is across from the beautiful waterfront. Bus to Haneda airport is across the street. Very clean and friendly. They also communicate in English quite well.
