The hotel is a small one hence is not crazily crowded at the front desk during check in out nor rowdy. The rooms are tastefully appointed and spacious for Japanese standard. The amenities are all awesome from the bathroom to WC to kitchen and beds are super comfortable. Free Netflix in each room is another absolute plus. Hotel is about 10 to 15mins walk from Kanazawa station. Like to give a big shout out for a very attentive staff Kana. She has been very helpful and very attentive to us. She made a dinner reservation for us at a restaurant and noticed our kids were still in the hotel at the time of our dinner reservation and quickly contacted us to confirm the dinner reservation if she got it booked on the wrong date. So attentive and observant. This type of service staff is truly amazing and short in supply.

Nothing much. Is a little noisy as it is beside the train tracks but is not a problem at all. We could still sleep very well.

The staff here are all very friendly and we’re very helpful with planning our stay in Kanazawa. They offered to drive us to the station on the day of our departure (it is about 1/2 mile, but a flat and easy walk) and let us know they were there if we needed anything at all. The room was huge and well equipped with every modern gadget, including a large screen tv and a smaller one in the bath! There is coffee available in the morning and a small continental breakfast is offered- a very welcomed courtesy.

Really no downside to this place. Right next to the tracks, but soundproofed so well one could barely hear the trains going by.

This is a reasonably priced hotel within walking distance from the Kanazawa station. The facility is quite new, and very well kept up, although the check-in area doesn’t give the greatest first impression. Security is good, with keycard access to the rooms, although no overnight coverage at the front desk. Room size (we had the family suite) was good, although the multiple beds took up most the room – good for big families. Bed was somewhat soft for our tastes, but we slept well. Bathroom and toilet are separate, a nice feature. Very nice shower with great water pressure. Staff communication good, and front desk personnel spoke excellent English. Our suite faced the railway tracks adjacent to the building, but the windows blocked most, but not all the noise from the trains; the residual noise was not enough to bother us, or affect our sleep. Unit was clean and well maintained – no squeaky doors or sink stoppers that didn’t work. Clothes storage is non-existent; only a limited number of hangers available. Lighting in the unit was excellent, and reading at night was easy. Large screen TV, with Netflix programming available without a membership – nice touch for those who don’t have a subscription, particularly since there’s no English TV channels that we could find. Ductless air conditioning worked quietly and effectively. Kitchen well equipped, but little room for eating. We didn’t use the washing machine, so can’t comment. The continental breakfast (called “Bread”) was actually quite good, although limited in scope. Excellent coffee – Illy machine that makes several kinds of coffee. We particularly appreciated the free ride back to the station. Overall, a very good value hotel, and we’d be happy to return.

As noted, the beds take up most of the space in the room, to the point where seating is limited to a "love seat" squeezed between a bed and the kitchen counter, making TV watching uncomfortable at best. I would think that the vast majority of the hotel's customers would prefer to have a little more room to move around, rather than a room full of beds.

The room was big, and the beds are enough for a family of 3 with kids. There are two toilets, the entrance hall was spacious. The bathroom was very big, with lots of towels available. The kids love that there is Netflix on the TV! We love the free breakfast in the morning and the espresso machine you can use anytime. There is even shaved ice. The staff were very friendly and made conversations with us like a friend.

The room is big with all facilities available such as washing machine, kitchen and drying area. On top of that there are plenty of space for putting the luggage and packing. The staff were very helpful and friendly, sharing with us food to try and helping us with the booking for some of the attractions. We really enjoy our stay here. Highly recommended especially for those travelling with family or friends.

The hotel is a walk from Kanazawa station. Hence moving the luggage is a concern to us as we were worried about the wheels.

The hotel had everything we needed (and wanted) but most importantly the staff are absolutely spectacular, nothing was too much trouble - they really made our stay memorable

The train line is nearby however the hotel has special windows to reduce noise and the trains don't travel on that line in the night.

The room size is incredible and with the facilities there you could have a comfortable extended stay. The staff were delightful and helpful and there was a breakfast offered which we hadn’t expected.

It’s close to the train line but slightly out of the way of the tourist areas like the Castle and Kenrokuen garden. But Kanazawa is big so you can catch the loop bus or plan to walk which is easy enough to do.

Good location, only a few mins away from Kanazawa station. Staff arranged for shuttle service between hotel and station. Excellent selection of snacks and drinks at lobby. Board games available too. Room was comfortable and large, with washing machine, massage chair, and cooking amenities in the room.

Some dust in the room. Washing machine was not very clean, and clean/dry cycle took much longer than initial estimate. Machine instruction guides in the room were outdated.

This was one of the best stays we had in Japan. It really exceeded my expectations. The location is not that far from the station. If you need a ride to the station the staff is available to do it! They all speak English so it's easier for foreigners. The room was huge! With a lot of space. We got a 4-bed bedroom with 2 double beds and 2 single beds. The room is like an apartment with a small kitchen. The bathroom had that tech that dries itself. Also, they have a lot of games you can get at the hall. Including videogames!

Excellent staff - friendly and helpful at every turn, well though out, highly functional room for families (room divider actually limits sound, light, toilet separate from sink / bathtub etc. access to bathroom, washer, bathroom heat, fan, feature that dries clothes automatic fill bathtub) Staff were engaging and helpful with everything from recommendations for dinner, to a ride to dinner and the station upon departure, help making coffee, toast etc. for breakfast. Grocery store a 5 min walk, close to train station. Great stay all around.
