Great location. Very close to Tabata station. Please use the South Exit to get to the hotel, otherwise it's going to be pretty hard to find. The staff are very nice and very helpful. They helped me book a taxi and answered my questions very clearly.

The room is pretty small. And one of the rooms I stayed in had lots of ants! I didn't know where they came from but the team really need to take a look. I didn't even bring anything sweet to my room. It's pretty baffling. Also, the corridor could be very dirty at night when it's windy because there will be lots of leaves flowing around. I stayed here in late January and faced stormy nights. It was super cold.

Small room but really neat and facilities are excellent. Shinkansen view from the rooms is also nice. The staff explained everything very friendly and polite.

This is not an issue, but it is one information for someone who accesses this hotel via Tabata station. This hotel is 1 minute walk from the south exit, but if we mistakenly take the north exit, it will take around 10 minutes to walk to the hotel.

The cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom was superb second only to the amazing friendliness of the staff. If I had questions, they would immediately help me out. Kind, caring and comfy. Would stay again!

Now, this is knit picking on my end as it was raining and it is central Tokyo. But when I was doing my laundry there were several cockroaches scurrying about outside on the 1st floor. Outside though!

Location is a prime. Very convenient just 2 mins walk from Yamanote line. it’s also close to convenient stores and foodies. Room and bed are also comfortable. We booked a triple bed room, for 3 persons. it’s so spacious, I think it can fit 4 persons. We could also open 2 big luggages at the same time. Lighting in the room is also excellent. It’s bright enough for reading at night. The shower in the room is also very good. I also loved the public bath on the first floor.

Nothing I didn’t like.

Location is very near the Tabata Station which is valuable for inter-Tokyo tourists due to access to the Yamanote Line and Keihin-Tohoku Line. Room has everything that is needed and staff are friendly and eager to assist.

Hotel is great for quiet stays after a busy day with the exception of some light train sounds since hotel is just next to the station. Also no nearby facilities or convenience stores (10-15minutes away) or needing to be at the North side of the station (hotel is at the South side of the station).

Located 5 min walk from.the Tabata station. Area is very quiet. Street with cats is walking distance. Has private public bath, available for 30 min to use. View was nice from the high floor on railway tracks. Room not big but comfortable and cozy. Few station from the Tabata is Ueno station, which has many green areas.

onsen room at floor 1 is quite nice. comfortable bed. price is not expensive.

the room is really small also the bathroom. from tabata station you have to walk uphill to get to the hotel. convenient store is a bit far from the hotel.

Location was perfect. 5 minute walk from main train station. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choice. Room facilities were great, plenty of ways to charge your devices (smartphones, laptops etc)

Rooms and bathtub are small but to be expected in Japan

close to the JR station, bed on tatami mat kept my feet clean, very good water pressure, quiet neighborhood, great view of trains from the room window.

female staff was kind of arrogant, You don’t get your towels changed unless you don’t bring the old ones to the front desk

Close to Tabata station in quiet neighborhood. Walking distance from Cat Street. Not far from Ueno area where many restaurants and nice big park. If you like view on train tracks its good place. Has private public bath which you can book for free for 30 min.
