Great location and comfortable sleeping accommodations. Nice to have a private bathroom per dorm room. Able to lock my luggage at the entrance while I hiked Mount Kitadake.

Staff are rarely present. I got there about 10 min before 3pm and just stood around until I could check-in with the iPad available at the front desk. Apparently there's a kitchen but I couldn't find it and it wasn't explained to me on the iPad either.

I cannot recommend this hostel enough, the way the staff went above and beyond for me is saint like. The rooms were very clean and new, not to mention amazing value. Nice hall common area. the hostel is walking distance to the station. If you need a place to simply sleep on a budget cannot recommend this enough.

A pantry and resting area with 2 air conditioning , although one not working. Washer and dryer facility. Clean and neat. Bed comfortable. Shower water pressure is excellent.

Double decker hurt our head. No where to sit. Charging facilities not too convenient in the room.

Clean and quiet. A huge communal kitchen with a washer and dryer. There wasn’t a staff person but everything seemed straight forward.

I wished there was complimentary coffee

Nothing wrong with the rooms. Decent beds. Bath as well as a shower. Clean toilets.

Cooking smells were wafting the wrong way through the ventilation into the bathroom in the morning.

Everything was clean. There is also free wifi and it's near to convenience store, restaurant and station.

You can hear noise from the corridor and to the next room.

The sheets were really clean, same as the towels, bathroom and kitchen, which, to me, it's a really important thing. Also, the bed was very comfy. I got there late at night, so I had to call them to do the check in, but it didn't took long time to him to get there to do the check in and was very nice, even though the staff who talked to me didn't speak English he used the translator when was needed, so he was a really good host. The location it's really great, it's just a few blocks away from the Kofu station and there's a lot of convinience stores nearby.

Probably the only thing that I would complain about is that the kitchen is a bit small, so if there's a lot of guests that place wouldn't have enough room for everyone, also there's a lot of signs (trash, bathroom, used sheets, at the reception...) that are only in japanese, so if there's foreigners staying there might not be able to understand everything. At the bed, there's no plug to charge cell phone, so I had to disconnect the lamp in order to charge mine 😅

Everything is good except roommate.

Roommate turn off the airconditioner at night, unable to sleep well in a hot room.

Has space for bicycle parking at the side of the building. The room had two bunk beds, good for 4 people and I got it solo. Has its own restroom/shower. Charging port has multiple sockets, can charge 3 items simultaneously. Arrived around 10pm, they left an envelope containing my key, wifi password, house rules etc. Can still be contacted via phone even late at night.

Nothing in particular. Though having disinfectant soap in the restroom would be much appreciated.
