Even though it was a small room, it still felt spacious. Best small detail: backboard of the bed has a USB charging port, so you can directly charge your phone while lying in bed (also has a regular plug). It's also close to Kyoto Station, making travel throughout Kyoto incredibly accessible.

It's the Kyoto Tower Annex. I thought it was the hotel in the Kyoto Tower itself, but it's a smaller hotel a few streets removed from the actual Kyoto Tower. Sure this is my own fault, for not doing my research properly. BUT do not let the above statement make you think the Hotel is bad in any way, it was great!

Exceptional hotel right next to the main train station in Kyoto. For the price we got a spacious room (in Japanese terms) that was absolutely clean and up to every standard. The staff spoke English very well and kept our luggage before check-in time and sent it to our room as soon as it was ready. The value for money is absolutely incredible here and I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here if they want to travel around Kyoto and vicinity. Rooms were absolutely quiet and there are multiple shopping, restaurant, and convenience store options right in front of the hotel.

I really couldn't say anything bad about the hotel, maybe the wifi could have been a bit faster, but it worked for basic purposes and even streaming.

Location is great...near the Kyoto Station & Kyoto Tower. Convenience stores & coffee shops are nearby. A food court can be found at the basement of the Tokyo Tower Hotel as well as all the restaurants in Kyoto Station. Rooms & amenities were adequate given we were out most of the time.

We tried their breakfast on our first morning. It is not a buffet breakfast which was disappointing. Pastries, coffee, juice & milk are available for self service & unlimited. A main meal is served. For the rest of our stay we had breakfast at the various coffee shops around the area.

Access: very convenient since it's located very near to Kyoto station. F&B: breakfast was fine even it's a bit costly but overall quite convenience for us Atmosphere: clam, peaceful, and pleasant to stay :)

Like most accommodations in Japan, it's quite small but we kinda used to it :) Staff: probably some of them are not fluent or accustomed with English communication which made them nervous (?) and did not smile when we have questions and need their support, nevertheless, they tried their best though :)

This location was less than 5 minutes away from the Kyoto Station & close to many food places. The staff were welcoming & answered many of my questions, such as if they did any laundry services. Your choices were the laundry service which is an extra charge or coin laundry in the next room. They also informed me the rooms don't have amenities, but they're laid out & organized in the shelves & to grab some before going to my room. The beds were comfortable & the headboard had buttons to turn off the lights so you don't have to get out of bed.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This lovely hotel has a great location, 4 min walk from Kyoto (train) station. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We stayed for a breakfast one morning and we were not disappointed - food was great and the breakfast room was very clean and inviting. Rooms were small but cozy, really clean, bedding and towels white as snow. Beds were supper comfortable. My family of 4 had a very pleasant stay here.

The location is absolutely amazing, close to Kyoto main JR station and all transportations, and places to see. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel, but there's restaurants every where near the hotel. Staffs are very helpful sending through my luggage to my next destination. They provide shipping luggages to your next destination.

Very nice hotel close to Kyoto train station and Kyoto tower. The room itself was nice, beds were very comfortable. I think this hotel is a perfect choice for staying in Kyoto for 2-4 nights and discovering the area. I really appreciate that, the hotel staff stored our luggage after our check-out without additional payment. ( At the train station coin locker is 400-900 yen per luggage.)

Location, close to Kyoto station where you can access local/regional train and city bus.

Our window facing inner side of the building and when the window is opened (occasionally when we want fresh air), there is a very loud sound (likely from heater machine or sth). it is not very nice but it is Ok for a short stay.

Fantastic location, only 5 minute walk from Kyoto station. Twin room was clean, comfortable and a decent size for Japanese standards. Friendly and helpful staff. Discount ticket to Kyoto tower which is about 100m away!

Breakfast was good but could have had a wider range of Western offerings such as cereal and toast.
