The hotel is conveniently located next to the Matsuyama city station terminal with many options to get around and go to tourist spots such as Dogo Onsen and Matsuyama castle. Our room is spacious with a tatami sitting area. The check in machine was easy to use and staffs are helpful. The amenities in the hotel room are great. The public bath in the hotel features hot and warm baths, and Dyson Hairdryer. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Very convenient location right above the City rail station (not the JR station) and adjacent to tram/bus terminus. Comfortable night for 4 adults in a quad room. Brilliant breakfast - lots of fresh local produce including sashimi, 3 different varieties of fresh orange juice, etc - many different options. Overall a great stay!

Clean and reasonably comfortable. Lots of breakfast choices, even some 'western' options. Not luxury, but generally nice.

(my fault) I made the assumption that the hotel being at the train station would be the station that leads to Imabari, Okayama etc. It's not. You need to get a bus to the center. Actual 'bad' - the lifts are terribly slow, but I am only nit picking here...

The breakfast was not bad. There were 3 different types of orange juice and also a good spread of breads cooked food and sea bream (tai meshi).

The staff is not proficient in English. But we made do with the Google Translate app.

It was a very modern hotel. I thought it was a lot like Nordic Choice Hotels. Room was great, air conditioning worked well. The window opened as well. Spa was great. Sauna still smelled new

I couldn't figure out how to turn of the light over the sink. a bit annoyed, They should add it to the list of information

My room was next to the elevator and I could hear it. I could also hear the train announcements in the morning (the hotel is basically in the station). It might not be a problem for some, but I'm used to sleep in quiet places so this was a bit disappointing. The sheets could be softer
