Wapura provided the best skiing experience we have had. The owners and staff were helpful, courteous and obliging. The accommodation was thoughtfully and functionally laid out and the place had a quality feel to it with quality appliances too. there is a nice big living area and plenty of room including a bench to put your ski boots on. A lot of planning and care went into creating this beautiful place. Well done Richard and Brian for creating a fantastic base to ski from and thanks Nao for shuttling us on time, every time. You’re fantastic hosts.

The place was clean, new and definitely worth what we paid for it. We had an amazing time in the 8 nights we spent there and will definitely return if a shuttle service was in place. The quick and helpful host, Richard, certainly went above and beyond in making our stay exceptional. The only reason why the place isn't a 10/10 is due to lack of transport to and from the mountain.

The residents of Wapura could REALLY use a shuttlebus to ferry their guests back and from the mountain. The walk to and from the lifts/gondola were a good 15mins with ski/snowboard gear. You MUST rent a car or I guarantee you'll dread the the walk.

Great setup for our family of 5. Beautiful private location only minutes away from ski resort. Excellent communication with manager. Super big drying room for all our snow gear. Very clean, furniture set up was practical. Will definitely stay again!

Extra lounge seat would be good for more than 4 people.

Good location, just 8-10mins walk to the resort, many restaurants near by and two convenience stores. I think the house might be recently renovated so it was lovely new and clean, the view from the window is a plus. Also they have the best management team and staff! super helpful and efficient, I left a few things behind, staff managed to hand over those items to my friend stay in other hotel on the same day. Thanks a million to them!

Lovely house, small but has everything you need. Walking distance to the Rusutsu Hotel and Convention Centre. Host was very helpful. They offered a shuttle service to the ski areas. Driver was very helpful.

Location was easy walking distance to the resort and easy walking distance to restaurants. Complimentary coffee sachets were great and unexpected! Place was also very clean. Staff were amazing, great communication and very helpful for whatever we needed. Highly recommend.

breakfast is not included, but owner gave us a cake and they prepared coffee and tea ! Also they have pick up services, so you dont need to walk to East or West mountain, which is very good !

We loved our stay at WaParu! Excellent three bedroom townhouse. Very well appointed kitchen. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Bathroom and laundry facilities were very good. Richard was super helpful with all our queries regarding restaurants, ski hotels etc and helped make our stay so wonderful.

The house is in a great location. It’s 10 minutes walk from the Rusutsu centre to jump on the gondola. It’s very comfortable. We stayed here as a family.

Whole process was easy, transportation was an added bonus, driver was so so friendly, accomodation was warm and cosy, clean and had everything you needed for a snow holiday.
