We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there was convenient laundry services and gear storage. Also, being able to book so much of our ski/snowboard trip through Always Niseko was incredibly helpful. We booked our bus from New Chitose Airport to Niseko and all of our gear (skis, snowboard, boots, helmets) all through their portal, and appreciated that they also helped shuttle us to and from the Welcome Center and the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel was also fantastic - big buffet with lots of different options, both traditional Japanese and Western. The location is also awesome, about a 15-30 minute walk to all of the bars and restaurants as well as the Welcome Center. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hours of the folks at the front desk could be better - there was no way (as far as we could discern) to get help in the morning and evening when we ran into an issue before/after front desk hours.

Room was a great size, modern and had an amazing view of mount Yotei! Buffet breakfast in the morning was great to fill up before hitting the slopes. Convenient shuttle regularly into town which was great for dinner, also to get to the mountain so didn’t have to carry snow gear and could return hired boards at always niseko as well. At night it was only a short 10min walk back from town. Had washing machines too so was able to do a wash before checking out.

If opened window we had smell of egg coming from the kitchen below.

Our room was very clean and tidy and quite spacious given the rooms in Japan are usually very small. The staff overall were incredible. Super friendly and helpful.

The only things we can comment on was even though it was supposed to be daily housekeeping, we had to request the room be turned down/fresh towels be provided two or three times during our 5 night stay. The only other time we were frustrated was when trying to book a taxi the staff at reception assured us they would contact the company for us but only contacted them 1-2 days later which meant we missed out as they were then booked out. However everything else was wonderful and we’d definitely recommend staying at this property.

The free shuttle was amazing to get to the slopes everyday but the location of the accommodation was so good that it was only an 8min walk into town anyway. The staff were amazing and super friendly and helpful. The ski locker was so good to know your belongings were stored safely and securely

The buffet breakfast was often missing items, on our last day there was no bread which was a bummer. Oh and the pillows were awful, asked for an extra one but was just as bad so ended up sleeping on rolled up clothes

Great value for money Great breakfast - Japanese / western Great shuttle services and nice attentive staff Bathroom products nice quality above average of standard hotels

We had a problem with the room odour upon arrival as it smelled after cigarettes and then got even worse after a cleaning with ozone machine done by the staff that smell gave us serious headache just after minutes in the room and sorting out a room change seemed to be nearly impossible with the manager, who gave us finally another room after 4hrs after arrival.

Welcoming staff, decent location in walking vicinity to town. The 2 shuttle buses constantly running is a fantastic service. Whether going to the slopes or into town.

Unsure if it was just our room but having our room separated by another with a door in the middle wasn't ideal. General sound and conversation leaked into our room. People just having normal conversations we could hear every detail in our room. Not ideal for privacy. This was the only downfall to the property.

Breakfast was good, although mostly the same food everyday - a rotation would be nice. Shuttle was very good, on-time everytime. Room had a lot of storage space for luggage and snowboard bags, so that was a plus. Toilet was great! Ample space for 2 people. Parking was great too, always found a spot in front of the accommodation so no complains there.

1 lift to service everyone in the accommodation is a little stretch during peak times but overall, no complains.

Modern hotel that fits the bill for a relatively cheap trip to Niseko. Breakfast was nice with good choice of food, traditional Japanese and North American. Shuttles stopped early enough to keep me skiing everyday, couldn’t stay out all night 😉

Needs and onsen. But I assume it is too tourist for that to be an issue. Wish the ski and boot room was heated more to dry boots better but was nice to be able to leave hard gear there.

Accommodation was very clean and tidy, the always niseko shuttle bus into town was really convenient and manned by excellent staff, and the partnership with rhythm for getting skis dropped off to and picked up from the hotel at the end of the trip was brilliant, made getting around and getting up the mountain very easy. Breakfast was excellent and changed every day so always something to look forward to. All staff went out of their way to help us and made sure we had a great stay.

Not a big one but we did comment that the only thing missing was a common lounge area for hanging out in, it was really only the restaurant (which isn't always open) or in your room. Very minor though, the room was definitely comfortable enough to stay in.

Buffet breakfast is fantastic. All staff excellent (reception, restaurant, coach drivers etc). Good size rooms, very clean and comfortable, great value for monetly. Netflix was a bonus. Shuttle bus is a great service when conveniently timed. Easy 10-15min walk to town for shopping/dinner in normal shoes.

Really need to plan carefully around shuttle bus services with ski gear. Buses run half hourly during morning and afternoon peak which is great, but only run every 90min between 11am - 2.30pm. Also only run hourly in evenings. The walk is a little ardous in ski boots and carrying gear if you miss the bus and don't want to wait for the next one. Beds a little firm.
