Very nice facility. Room sizes are realtively large for Japan standard and equipped with Kettle, microwave, plates and cuttelry to allow you to eat in the room on some occasions. If you are layzy, the restaurant has a nice menu. You will love the relaxing Pnsen after a long day of ski. A free shuttle drives you to Niseko centre and brings you back.

Miru is a 6-10 minutes drive from Niseko centre and ski lifts. Niseko Village is approximately same driving time in the opposite direction. The shuttle is there, but if you drive, parking in Niseko is sometimes a struggle. Avoid the rooms next to the laundry. Even if the operating time is 7 to 22. You don't want to be woken up by the washing machine.

very spacious room for 3 pax - pretty decent dry room for our gears (but it does get full fast during peak season) - helpful staff (Ede) - pjs were provided - Mt Yotei view - public shuttle right at the door step + Miru own shuttle to take guests to Annupuri - public bath (it would be better if it was an onsen!) - in between all 4 resorts (we drove, so it took 5 mins to Hirafu & 10-15 mins to NV & Annupuri)

We stayed for 8 nights, but the breakfast barely changed much in the menu. By the 3rd day, we were hardly eating any of the hot stuffs. It would be good to switch menu every 2-3 days.

- comfortable area for family of 4. - room are clean and well maintained. - 2 vanity sinks are useful as we have 4 people - microwave is great & come with cutlery eg plates - free laundry & dryer is great - breakfast has enough choices of western & Japanese. - luv the outdoor onsen. - no amenities within walking distance but free shuttle bus and Miru Shuttle bus is doorstep. Very convenient. - pickup fr HIRAFU welcome Centre is great. - storage for ski & boots are gd.

- frequency of the Miru shuttle bus can be more frequent. - the in-house restaurant should serve ala carte menu and not just set dinner. Hence we did not eat there.

Very spacious room with lots of room for luggage. Room was maintained well every day, the bathroom was nice with good amenities. Cool pajamas included and lots of guests were wearing them around the hotel and to breakfast. The breakfast was really nice, but after a few days the lack of variation got a bit boring. Really convenient shuttle bus and information for the public buses that came right past the hotel for easy travel into Hirafu. Hotel staff were helpful in informing us about ski rental and the location of key places on the provided map. Free laundry machine usage! The hotel provided a nice room to keep ski gear in. Free onsen (heated public bath) that was great and rivalled the paid ones I tried.

The laundry machines were weirdly hard to use, and we had issues drying our clothes even after multiple runs in the dryer. Ended up with hot wet clothes that followed us to the next hotel :') Flattest pillows we've experienced so far out of 3 hotels, though pillows on the flatter side seem to be the norm for Japan. Travel to anywhere but Hirafu was a mission (like the Niseko town which was recommended for onsen but we found out had nothing else going for it), though this isn't an issue with the hotel. Neighbours mentioned that use of the laundry machine made noise on their bedroom wall, another resident mentioned a view of the road while we had a great tree landscape. Seems to be luck of the draw what room you get, though the cons definitely don't outweigh the pros.

Breakfast was great. Lots of variety but from a Westeners perspective an odd variety with fish and soup. No pancakes or waffles to be seen and only 1 variety of granola and yoghurt. Onsen was beautiful to be in during the snow storm Our room was a great size and I loved that there was a decade coffee pd. Thanks heaps for that.

The reception staff seemed to only offer 1 option for things such as a cheap dinner, travel back to New Chitose. It felt like there might be kickbacks being taken or a relationship with the providers that were suggested.

We loved everything about Miru Niseko. Our room was fabulous - we were there for a week and so we so appreciated the extra room and being able to relax in apartment style. The room had everything we needed. Breakfasts in the hotel were wonderful - lovely to have fresh fruit and a great range to choose from in the buffet. Being out of the main Grand Hirafu area was not a problem - the local shuttles were frequent and the Miru Niseko shuttle timetable was great. Most of all … the staff were fabulous, so very friendly and helpful. They are wonderful.

Nothing! Loved it there.

A great hotel. The staff were wonderful, the common areas and bedroom were spotlessly clean, the bedroom was extremely spacious and had everything one could need. The ski and boot room was very conveniently located. Great set breakfast with a good variety provided during the week I was there. One of the standouts was the indoor and outdoor hot baths, so relaxing after a day’s skiing. I will definitely be back. Location was very good for Hirafu.

The room was so comfortable, clean and spacious with an amazing view of mount Yotei! The amenities were also top notch. The breakfast was amazing and changed every day, alternating between Japanese and Western style. It was so abundant and perfect to prepare for a full day of skiing! The hot springs were also amazing, there’s an indoor and outdoor one too (sometimes in other hotels they don’t have outdoor baths for women but this one does and it’s so amazing and relaxing). I was there in late March so it was very quiet and basically had the hot springs too myself! But the best part was the staff: they are so attentive! I’m so grateful to the receptionists who arranged free shuttle bus pick ups during the first and last day. Thank you so much!

There’s nothing that I didn’t like, but if there’s just one thing then the location was a tiny bit inconvenient as it’s not walkable to the centre of Hirafu where the shops and the slopes are. However the free and relatively frequent shuttle bus service fixes this.

View from the room is perfect. The room is big and clean. The laundry room is just next to our room and it’s free. The front desk is friendly.

We liked so many things about this place: The room was spacious and very clean. We had a wonderful view of Mt Yotei. Hotel has a public onsen which was never occupied when we went there. The breakfast was top notch: i don’t understand people complaining about the food not being appropriate for western people. You are visiting another country, why would you want to eat the very same food you eat at home? It was beautifully composed and nearly all of it was also really delicious. There is a free shuttle to the slopes and back to the hotel.

It is really a bit far away from the slopes. Even though they offer a free shuttle, it doesn’t run consistently throughout the day so you’re still bound to their timetable. We considered walking to the centre but there is no sidewalk. This was really the only little downside.
