We enjoyed our stay at the Odawara Terminal as a family of three. Good room, decent size, comfortable beds, and quiet. Good location, a short walk out of the station, and down a street with lots of restaurants as options. We arrived early and headed up Hakone, and the staff were happy to hold our bags, which they put in our room when it was ready.

Location! location! Location! Clean, comfortable and conveniently located at reasonable price. 3min walk from Odawara station. The rooms are small but it’s perfect for a night stay. It’s very clean. We came early and they gladly store our (way too many) suitcases for free. And bring it all to our room when it was ready. When we came back, after a long day (being a tourist), our suitcases were in our room. That was a great surprise. To all the staff, Thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty. You are amazing. Thank you for making our trip so wonderful.

The hotel was close to the train station and many resturants. The staff was professional. Useful amenities were provided including hot/cold beverages.

The 1st night I was so uncomfortable with the stuffiness in my room. I turned on the air conditioner but weirdly the heater kicked on too. It was like a sauna. I opened the window for some relief. It was a terrible night of no sleep. When I mentioned this to the reception staff, he said the heat temperature was centralized. I appreciated he took care of the matter we discussed by lowering the temperature of the room. The hotel was dark and my room was across from the smoking area.

Location is very close to station - 3 minutes walk (left of station exit). WiFi is very fast. Staff are helpful in storing & receiving luggage (shipping service). There’s even free coffee, tea, chocolate, lemon drink at level 2. There’s also a microwave and flat iron board also. Free amenities & loanable umbrellas are available at lobby. Easy access to trains and busses.

Rooms are on the smaller side and hotel does not handle luggage delivery but there is a 7e nearby that can do so. They don’t have breakfast service.

Excellent location 3 minutes from the Odawara train station on a quiet street. Small room on par with other hotels. The reception staff do not speak much English but are very polite. We left our luggage in the morning to then do the Hakone loop. When we were back the luggage had been taken to our room. Complimentary tea and coffee on our 2nd floor. Lots of nice places to eat on the street.

No Breakfast buffet..

Great location, easy check-in, very friendly staff, and the room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Rooms come equipped with a mini fridge, TV, hot water kettle, AC, hair dryer, slippers, toothbrushes, and shampoo/conditioner/soap. And further amenities such as razors, hair ties, combs, etc were also available in the lobby. The bento breakfast we requested and paid for was also very convenient and delicious!

No microwave was available for use.

Very close location to the train station and east access to Hakone, Lake Ashi, funicular railway, Hakone outdoor art museum etc. Clean. peaceful rooms, comfortable beds, very helpful staff. Easy walk to Odawara Castle. great Japanese bar Spats Retro next door with excellent music cocktails and food. great choice of restaurants in Odawara. 7/11 few doors up fir provisions. Lusca shops at station good too.

No complaints, really good value.

Staff speak sufficient English and were really kind. Rooms a bit small and bathroom really small, but that's Japan. All very clean. Amenities, towels, slipers, Nice! Best part: a space to make tea or coffee, a vending machine for beverages, free coffee and tea and a microwave. Restaurants close early, so for us this allowed us to have dinner. About the noise people have complained here, we didn't hear anything. Really recomend!

Close to train station. A bit noisy at night. But I feel ok. Pillow was kinda too hard. Toilet was a bit too small for tall persons. But overall high value for this hotel under this fair price.

This is room only accommodation, that being said the room although compact, was very comfortable, and there was coffee and an ice machine as well as well stocked vending machines a microwave and normal room essentials. Didn’t have any reason to talk to the staff but they were more than happy to hold our bags both before and after we checked in/out
