Great, very helpful staff and access to the rail system is so good. Plenty of local convenient stores within a few minutes walk of the hotel. Rooms are your typical Japanese size but has all the thinks you need to relax after a day of exploring. Comfortable bed, TV, Radio, and a view of the Osaka skyline. When checking out and you have plenty of time before your flight/train etc you can leave your luggage at the hotel for as long as you need.

The hotel is not close to tourist attractions, but that's what the trains are for. Spend no longer than 15min on trains to get to the main sights of Osaka.

Room bigger than usual (very small for most of the hotels) in Japan. Acceptable breakfast. Room prepared in advance for us due to busy facility on accommodating badminton players. Even if a very expensive facility (no reason for such prices in Japan), but still cheaper compared with others. Good enough for one night staying there.

Car's parking paid by us even if owned by the hotel! Room's furniture not very new. Technical room (bed linen, etc.) at the end of the floor's corridor was permanently open and a bad smell coming from there as well. Badminton players from an Asian championship keeping sweaty shoes outside their room on the corridor! There was a person in charge at the restaurant strongly pushing (completely unfriendly) for their cleaning gel before going in! Located far away from any tourist attractions and city center.

We stayed in a large suite, which was very comfortable, lots of space with separate bedroom, advertised with a "full kitchen" and 5 on-site restaurants. The kitchen is ok but it's not really a full kitchen, it had a very small drink fridge, a single-burner stove, a sink, and 2 pans. But it had NO DISHES, NO UTENSILS, NO COOKING TOOLS, etc., it was basically just good for Ramen but not for cooking an real meal. It also advertised 5 in-hotel restaurants, but most were closed, only two were open. The "all-day dining" restaurant was closed "all day" (never opened during the 5 days we stayed), and one of the two open restaurants required a prior reservation since it takes 1.5hrs to cook the meal, and the other Japanese restarant was mega expensive... Anyways there were lots of good restaurants outside the hotel, but the hotel didn't really live up to what it advertised. No English menus in restaurants, we had to use Google Translate and even then it was difficult to translate everything. Staff in restaurants do not speak English. The breakfast buffet was much better than average, they have western eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, cereal, bread, fruit, salad... and a wide variety of Japanese breakfast items like beef udon, curry rice, congee, pork, fish, fried chicken, soup, steamed buns. The only downside is that it's the same breakfast every morning and it can get tiring after a while even w. the variety - it would have been nice for them to vary the menu. They provide free water bottles to hotel guests, wifi was good, and the suite also had wired ethernet access which was very nice. The suite had 1.5 baths, the full bath was very spacious with a tub and shower, and separate sink area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Make sure you check online prices before you book, when I called for prices they quoted me 2x what was advertised online, so don't book via phone!

The Suite kitchen was not very usable, no plates, utensils, cooking tools. Refrigerator as too small. Not really a "full kitchen". Most restaurants not open, and no English menus or English-speaking staff. No variation in breakfast buffet menu, same thing every day.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good, large variety covered everything that you would want. We liked the location but some may find the 15 minutes outside of Osaka metro station too far. We had 3 beds in our room and it was bigger than we thought it would be. Cleaning service every day.

Rooms were a little bit dated.

Hotel Agora Osaka Moriguchi was great value. It is in a great location right opposite the Keihan line and Keihan shopping mall. The staff very very helpful and friendly with good service from both the front desk and restaurant staff. Highly recommend the buffet breakfast!

The room and service are excellent considering the price. The breakfast is good, but the menu doesn’t change, so you may need to reconsider if you’re planning to stay for a long time.

The location is not very far from the center of Osaka, but you need to take 2 or 3 trains for Dotombori, Osaka Castle, Nara or Kobe, so it’s not very comfortable.

The junior suite was everything. Very comfortable with the massage chair, large bath, amenities etc. Great location too. Really appreciated the free water and juice in the fridge. Beautiful, although maybe a bit dated, big hotel in an amazing city.

The staff were polite and professional, but just a little too quick to handle your stay. Just checking you in, giving you the key and that's it. A little more of a personal approach and a warmer welcome would have been nice and fit the beauty of the hotel, especially if you've booked a suite.

Within 2-5 minutes from door to rail. The Japanese style room was exceptional. Comfortable and affordable. The staff was beyond helpful.

There was nothing we didn’t love about our stay there. Only thing is we wished we would have stayed there the entire time in Japan.

Very nice hotel and the classic Japanese style tatami family room was great for a family of four. Good bathroom with deep bath and good shower. Aircon worked great, and was silent!

Limited on-site parking. Breakfast ends at 9:30am sharp!
