I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The interior decoration was stylish and modern, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. My room was spacious, meticulously clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Additionally, the hotel’s convenient location near the train station made it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was pleasant from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka.

Proximity to Shin Osaka station is great - 5 minute walk. Please don’t refer to Google maps to get to the hotel, as it shows you a longer route, including stairs. Instead, use the EAST exit elevator which takes you directly to street level and the hotel is less than a short direct walk from there. My room was quite large by Japanese standards and the bedding was comfortable. The decor is minimalist and there are no bells or whistles with this hotel but it’s comfortable, clean and well priced. Although my contact with staff was brief I found them to be very polite and welcoming.

As expected, by staying near a major train station you should expect to hear trains pass by regularly. The hotel is also situated under a flight path. Having said that, it didn’t affect my stay to the point where it became annoying, and I managed to sleep through it ok regardless (I’m a light sleeper).

We had a family room and it is very spacious. I love the room, but as it is just across from the train track you can hear the train as it comes and goes, though I find that I do enjoy the sound of the train trundling by. The breakfast is delicious and they made an excellent breakfast to our request for a vegetarian option. Staff is exceptional, very welcoming. We had our luggage delivered by the transport company and when we checked in, it was already sent to our room. A very special thank you to Mr. Tanimoto, who helped us with some urgent documents, and to all the staff keep up the excellent work :)

Good location just 5 mins walk to Shin-Osaka Station, peaceful area at night time and even I was stay nearby the railway but I didn't be interrupted with the train sound, room was clean and comfortable for the guest with big luggage and amenities was good quality as well, breakfast was so good as they prepare with healthy ingredients and sizing was good for the guest to enjoy another delicious meal in Osaka. There is a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The most I like in this hotel is all members who super friendly and always ready to be in service. Thank you for warmth service that made my stay wonderful.

Location and staff. Breakfast was so nice

A lovely place to stay with my friends as we traveled from Tokyo to Osaka! It was close to the Shin-Osaka station which made transit easy, and the staff were super friendly. They stored our luggage securely and were attentive in showing us their facilities. They also helped us call taxis in the morning when we left. The free breakfast was a great touch! I especially enjoyed the fresh juice and soups they served, yum!

I would warn those traveling with heavy luggage to consider a short taxi as this hotel is separated from the station by an enormous stairway bridge over the main street. This is not the fault of the hotel itself, but a general tip from someone who was fighting to get that suitcase up the stairs.

The hotel offers superbly clean, newly renovated and simply neat feel. Room is spacious with 3 single beds. Like the design idea that toilet and shower room were separated. Hotel is pretty accessible and convenient from Shin Osaka Station. The staff are also very polite and provided great service by providing us extra pillows for us when we requested. Our stay included daily breakfast which was served with healthy spread with egg, salad and yoghurt. Also, come with nice selections of buns, croissants, soups, milk, juices and coffee as free flow. Overall, indeed it was a comfortable, amazing and refreshing experience for family vacation stay.

The hotel is more like a boutique hotel. It was very clean, smelt nice :) and the deluxe double room we had was great. Perfect for a couple. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, too. Right near the Shin Osaka train station via the overhead pass. Lots of restaurants at the train station and in the local area, plus convenience stores. We also liked the breakfast. It was pretty much the same everyday, but it was always fresh and tasty & enough to keep you going till lunchtime. This was our equal favourite hotel during our three week stay in Japan.

Lovely new hotel close to the train station. Twin room was spacious, clean and room for cases. Clean and well looked after. Quiet hotel. We could hear the lull of the trains, but this wasn’t an issue. The drip coffee in the room was delicious! Staff had limited English, however Google translate broke down barriers. Staff were very helpful, humble and beautiful. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was included and was tasty, though different to our norm (Scotland and Australia). If heading back to Japan we would definitely book this hotel again.

A cafe, bar would have been lovely for an evening glass of wine, but not a deal breaker.

Very well located with an easy flat walk wheeling our luggage to the hotel. No cab required from the train station. The decor of the hotel is like most modern, if I'm describing it correctly and this sets it apart from most other hotels. The staff are extremely helpful. The breakfast was very good catering to both Japanese and western tastes. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, its spread across a number of nearby buildings which helps make it unique.

The fridges in Japanese hotel rooms are not cold enough for western tastes, like keeping beer or a bottle of white wine cold, so you have to rely on the ice machine in the hall. During breakfast the air conditioning should be running a little colder - we stayed in September which was very hot.
