Located just 5 minutes away from JR Temma Station (which was a deciding factor for me since I was using a JR West Pass), it's just a 10-15 minute trip tops to Osaka Station and to wherever you decide to visit from there. Room was spectacularly clean albeit a little small given it's price, with just enough space to move around your luggage if you can get those out of the way. Strong hot and cold water pressure with amenities and towels replaced every day. However, the biggest thing I loved about my stay was the public onsen located on the second floor! Imagine taking a dip in a hot bath every night after having walked for hours the entire day. It would not be an exaggeration to say I would probably consider booking this place again just for the access to the onsen! Gives you a glimpse as well into public bathing culture in Japan because it was used daily by other patrons of the establishment.

Maybe the size of the room for the price. Though I've had smaller stays in Europe which were nowhere near this immaculately clean and comfortable so maybe that's just what to expect at this price range. And AirBnbs for some reason were pricier too! Also, definitely an odd choice to have an Indian restaurant serving breakfast given it's a Japanese hotel. But since I love Indian food, I'm not going to complain. They do serve a decent continental breakfast buffet in the same restaurant so there's that if you don't like Indian cuisine.

The breakfast was probably one of the best things I ate in Japan. Every single food was cooked PERFECTLY, better than perfect. If I didn't have to get a flight straight away I would have gone for seconds. The outdoor onsen was very nice. There was only different kinds of milk in the vending machine but only inside the onsen area which was kind of strange. There is very good food in the general area and it is near the museum of living and housing.

It was a bit annoying to get around, not too close to many of the sites although it was next to the train station at least.

I like that there is an onsen/hot spring in the hotel. Our family had a fun experience! There were a lot of guest supplies as well. There is a 7/11 near the place and it is a 7 minute walk to the JR Temma station. We booked a night before our desired stay because of Typhoon and everything was ready and perfect! Definitely worth every penny!

I hope the bar/restaurant was opened from morning to evening so we can have snacks/dinner inside the hotel especially since there are not much food options near the hotel.

The dishes of the breakfast is almost the same every day, so I may not purchase it next time I book the accommodation here. Also, the distance of Hotel to Tenman Station is 500m which takes you 5-10 minutes by walking. (Depends on your speed) You will have to walk for a bit, but I think it’s acceptable anyway.

I loved the size of the room. The good quality buffet breakfast. The friendly and helpful staff. The room was really modern and it had everything we needed. The spa was really and it was a new experience

The beds could have been better made when we requested cleaning.

Wonderful value for money, onsen makes it even better. Bed was comfortable, onsen nice and clean and you can see how crowded it is from the TV screen in the room. Wi-Fi worked great for calls. Bed was listed as a small double bed, we didn’t have any troubles with it.

Ac didn't work the first night and the staff seemed reluctant to change the room... breakfast vegetarian option was poor and not labeled well... the staff of the restaurant was rude

Location is great, one station away from Osaka Station. Room small bu US standards but standard for Japan. Hotel very clean. Check in and out quick and efficient.

If check out is 1030 am, why does TV shut off at 950 am?

The curry breakfast smell was in the lobby 24/7. Didn't really bother me, but it might to someone else.

Comfortable and clean, onsen included, and affordable!

The location might not be the most convenient for the typical Osaka vacation. Chose the hotel for the onsen and affordable rate, so I guess its a compromise.
