Loved the rooftop bar. And the shower was great. It was nice to be close to the TV tower and the park. I think this would be a good place to stay in the winter because you have easy access to the underground walkway that goes to the train station and the subways.

The record player in the room is a fun novelty but it definitely came at a cost because it takes up valuable space. The room was definitely low on places to put things. Like the kettle when you want to use it. I was not expecting that there would be no TV but that did not matter. I probably failed to read the listing carefully enough.

The location is perfect. The subway entrance is in front of the hotel. The hotel also closes to Odori Park which is the hub of many public transports, TV Tower and Marui Imai department store within 1-2 minutes walk. We can also walk to fish market, Susukino, Tanuki Koji street and JR Sapporo station. The room is clean and comfortable and view from room is so nice. We also love the bathroom which bath tub and shower are completely separated in the wet area so toilet zone is always dry. Water pressure and temperature are super good. The amenities are provided at the reception area and we love mask sheet. We will be back again in October 2024 and will choose to stay here!

It will be better if there is a wall mounted hanging rack for jacket and coat.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. My family really enjoyed the modern and warm design/atmosphere, and we spent a few hours one cold snowy afternoon having happy hour at the bar in the lobby. The location is superb -- just a couple minute walk away from the Odori train station, and walking distance to tons of restaurants and Odori park.

Although laundry machines are available, there is only one set and it was always in use during our 4 day stay. Early in the morning, some guests had left clothes finished in the machines for over 4 hours -- a better system to monitor or enforce timely retrieval of clothes would be appreciated.

My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) traveled to Sapporo on our way to Niseko. When I made my reservation, I requested two rooms that were in close proximity to one another and I was very pleasantly surprised to find that our rooms were right next door to one another. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out. The location of the hotel was perfect for our travel needs. We came to Sapporo to see the Snow Festival, which was right in front of the hotel, and to walk around, shop and eat. After we checked out and were on our way to Niseko, the hotel’s staff reached out to us via Bookings.com to notify us that my husband had left his watch, passport and cash in the room safe. The hotel’s staff held on to his belongings until we were able to stop by the hotel on our way from Niseko to New Chitose airport. We were very impressed by the level of professionalism, honesty and integrity of the staff for taking care of my husband’s valuables are returning them to him. I highly recommend the hotel. It’s very clean, environmentally friendly, the staff are helpful, knowledgeable and professional, and the location is great.

The rooms are not spacious and there’s not much space for more than one person to open up their luggage at a time. Since there’s no wardrobe or cabinet to put your clothes in, we were constantly opening our luggage. I was told that many hotels in Sapporo and Tokyo are like this. We were able to manage. Knowing what I know now, the next time I travel to Japan, I will try to pack lighter.

The hotel is in an excellent location, easy walking distance to the park, shopping districts, restaurants, and the subway. We walked all over the downtown area and the continuously failing snow was not a problem. The staff were helpful and their English was good. The lounge and bar area was a great place to relax and meet up. The hotel gave us a free drink per person each day.

The breakfast choices were a set meal in a French-Japanese fusion restaurant on the first floor. The food was good but choices were limited. There is not an easy check-in/check-out spoke for cars/taxi to pull up in front of the hotel. Additionally, there is a parking garage nearby and this created confusion as some people are waiting to enter the parking structure while others are parking on a busy street in front of the hotel. Parking for larger vehicles was three blocks away, but excellent spaces. Rooftop bar was closed due to heavy snow. Too bad because that could have been an awesome happy hour.

We loved the location of the hotel - everything was walking distance - the fish market, the entrance to the underground mall literally in front of the hotel), Odori Park and the Tower across the street. The reception was on the 2nd floor and it was a beautiful space to hang out in, with a bar. We had arrived early and were offered drinks as we waited for our room to be ready. The room was perfect for 2 persons, a bit cramped for 3. The bathroom was generously sized, with the bathtub and shower in a different cabin. We had a turntable in our room and there was a good collection of albums downstairs. There was no TV in the room, which was no big deal. We loved the rooftop!

Everything was good. Would definitely stay here if we visit Sapporo again.

A boutique hotel that is very chic. Friendly and hospitable staff willing to help with everything. The rooms were on the small side but were very comfortable. We had 2 medium-sized luggage and there was just enough walking space when both were opened. Could see the Sapporo TV tower from our window! Great amenities bar provided at the front desk to take only what you need. The rooftop bar was a cool concept but was a tad pricey.

Lighting at the front desk could be improved. In the day it's not too bad but it is really too dim once the sun sets.

Location was great, right next to the TV Tower and round the corner from the clock tower, one stop on the subway from JR Sapporo rail station (or 10 min on foot via the subway passage). All sightseeing locations can be easily reached. I got a taxi from the railway station to the hotel - takes about 10 minutes (recommended if you have luggage ;)). I loved the room - I had a view of Odori park and the TV tower, with a little bench right next to the window, which allowed me to sit there and look at the view every evening. The bed was very comfortable and staff was very friendly and helpful.

One minor thing only - there was no writing desk in the room. I wasn't on a work trip, but I still use my computer and while I could put it in front of me on the bench, it wasn't the ideal height for working. Might depend on the room, so you might want to check when choosing your room.

The location was perfect! Everything was nice, the room sizing is quite big if compare to japan’s hotel standard room. You got everything you need in your room. The breakfast was simple but good quality! We definitely back here again.

Our flight arrive very early in the morning so we would like to pay extra fees for early check-in but unfortunately the hotel only available at 1PM (standard check in was 3PM) I think it would be nice if the hotel can make an early check in ready at 10-11am

The hotel was very classy, clean and comfortable. Check in was smooth, and there was a nice lounge at the front desk to wait (they even have pretty interesting cocktails). The room was exactly what is shown in the pictures. The double bed was big and comfortable, light switches and power plugs were close to the bed, shower was clean and water pressure strong. Their record player (and the accompany library of vinyls to borrow) was also a really cool touch. Location was superb too! There was an exit from the underground Odori station right outside the hotel, and it was really easy to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping districts.

Only gripe was that there wasn't a lot of floor space to open up two big luggages. And if I were to nitpick, the nearest exit from the underground to the hotel only had stairs, so it was a bit troublesome to bring our big luggages. But we managed to skirt the issue by going through the adjacent building, which had a basement connected to the underground.
