The location is fantastic—within walking distance of various restaurants and bars. The room was clean, and housekeeping doing their job in a perfect way. Breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended for couples.

Nobody didn`t answer the question regarding the Go To Travel program, was I able to use it as a resident of Hokkaido or not? Pretty much poor English by the front desk. It would be much more convenient if at least one of the front desk agents had a higher level of English in order to be able to answer the questions of the foreigners. While having breakfast, I noticed that other guests of the hotel were complaining about the same.

Honestly, for anyone not claustrophobic, this hotel is close to perfect and would be recommended. Then again, in general, the Tokyu Stay chain is always a win. Very well equipped room (microwave and washing machine inside), with a big and comfortable bed, a brand new bathroom, pretty well soundproofed, etc. I give it only an 8/10 because I am precisely claustrophobic.

Being very claustrophobic, it was my first stay in a hotel where I felt oppressed whenever I was in the room. Opening windows to let a bit of air in helps me but as this hotel has exclusively non-opening windows (and although they were wide and brought a great deal of light in), I was looking forward to go back home. But that part of my comment can only be relevant to fellow claustrophobic individuals. So for most people, this hotel will be a great choice.

Very clean. Near shopping. 2 mins to subway entrance 34. Many eating shops around. Near to TV tower. Odori Park. Walking to shopping streets, and few other places of interests within walking distance. GrEAT location. Room has washing machine and microwave oven inside which is very good idea. . Overall still very happy with my stay.

Small space. Ok got 2 person but very tight with 2 luggages opened up. More hangers will be good. A few plates in the room could be added since there is a microwave oven inside the room.

The front desk staff was very helpful and considered even after checking out. After checking out the hotel, we recognized our wi-fi charger was left in the hotel room. We are already in Tokyo, but we need it because the charger was rental. We called the hotel and explained we need it back within 4 days because we are leaving Japan. The front desk staff quickly arranged delivery service to the hotel where we are staying now. We could receive it in 2 days. I really appreciate.

One USB charging port in a room was broken. The bathroom always had strange smell.

The main reason I chose Tokyo in Sapporo was to use washer/dryer and location close to the metro station. Breakfast and staff were fantastic. Hot shower with good water pressure. My room W/D also came with detergent.

THE NOISE of washer!!! I shouldn't compare with the one in US, but boy so noisy made me wonder if the machine was breaking down. And it takes time like 2hrs with smaller load to complete wash-dry cycle. Lesson learned: Don't be greedy to stuff the washer drum too much or it'll take a whole night to dry.

Tokyu Stay has very nice and welcoming staff, clean and quiet room. It's close to attractions.

The thing makes it imperfect is that while there're cattle and microwave oven in the room, there's no bowl, cup or any cutlery. The coffee machine is in the hotel's lounge. There's a big washing machine in the room. I would suggest the hotel manager to remove the washing machine into a shared space and build a kitchen in the room. Considering most Japanese hotel have limited room size, thoughtful planning is very important.

The hotel was near the Odori Park which is a great location. The staff was really welcoming. Room was spacious and the washing machine and dryer was a nice touch. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very spacious. Bathing products are really good-smelling. There are a lot of amenities that are provided in the hotel lobby. I really liked the bathing sponge. Flat when in the package, but they extend and become very soft and comfortable when you add water.

Room: Spacious enough for two people. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I really appreciated having a washing machine in the room. Staff: They could speak English and were really welcoming. Others: Complimentary coffee and other amenities at the lobby.

The lights in the room were really strong, I could feel the heat sitting under the light. I wished there was a way to dim the lights.

Although I didnt use it, I was very impressed to see the washing machine and the microwave oven inside the room! The staff at the hotel was very helpful and kind. Amenities and breakfast were also fine for a business hotel.

The room was a bit colder than I would have liked at night. The bath water took a very long time to warm up. Breakfast did not have any egg dishes. A little more variety, and perhaps including eggs would have been welcome.

The hotel were amazing. I got stuck out of town because of snow closing the trains into Sapporo and couldn't check out of my room until 2 days after my check out day. They kept my room and didn't charge me anything for occupying the room for 2 extra days during the busy Christmas season. Really amazing service and I am very grateful. ありがとうございます！
