The room was clean and nicely appointed. The WiFi was good and logging on to it was easy. The hotel is is a largely residential area with a good choice of shops and bars. The station is a few minutes walk away with good links across the city and a direct link to Shinjuku, Shibuya, and other well known areas. Kagurazaka is a very pleasant part of Tokyo and is an easy walk, it offers even more restaurants, bars, wine-bars. For beer lovers there are a few craft beer places nearby which serve a wide selection of first class beers.

My room had a restricted view from the window which didn't affect my stay but apart from that I really don't have any criticisms and would happily stay again.

The hotel was very clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The location is great, it is close to restaurants, shrines, train stations and the Imperial Palace. Though the train station that right in front of the hotel is not a main station so if you would like to access tourist spots such as Shinjuku or Shibuya you will need to change onto another line. The JR station that is 5-8mins walk away will give you access to all those spots without transferring to another train. The Imperial Palace is a great place for a run. So if you enjoy your daily jog/run then being close to the Imperial Palace is great. There are also plenty of taxis frequently surrounding the hotel as well.

The hotel only has 1 elevator so depending on the time of day or your needs to go up and down to your rooms and lobby this might be a bit of a wait for you. They don't have an iron there are only trouser press. If that is sufficient for you then that's not a negative. The staff don't speak much English, though they do try to understand you as much as possible. So if you can speak Japanese or have someone that can speak Japanese for you it would be better. They do try to assist and service you as best they can.

The room was clean, tidy and quiet considering the location (centre of Tokyo). I didn't have the breakfast, but it was available if I wanted. The staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful when needed and the housekeepers were very accommodating when I asked them to be.

I can't think of anything I would change. The room was a perfect place to sleep after a day tromping around Tokyo and it did what was required. The shower and bathroom were ideal for the time I stayed and I'd have no hesitation staying there again.

Great hotel. Room is typical size. The staff did go over and beyond to help me even when their English is limited but what was needed was understood. I really enjoyed how the Staff is AWESOME!!!!!

Not a lot around the area but at least a family mart across the street. Limited restaurants in walking distance. But as u go further there is. No cold AC control in the room. FYI foreigners, have a passport as backup. If you have kids, make sure they check in with you and have their ID if they're of age. I did not know that as I went to check in without them.

Hotel staff were very helpful and caring. I left my mobile phone in a previous hotel and was able to arrange postage with this hotel. Staff were so helpful and caring. Room always clean with no issues, close to the subway Tozai line and Chuo railway line. Will stay again next time I’m in Tokyo. Thank you APA hotel

Bit of a mission from Tokyo station or airport but is still easy to get to just need change train couple of times.

location, staff, met my needs

the room was a lot smaller than i thought but that's my bad for not paying closer attention to the details. I didnt like they tried to give me new linens/towels every day even when I did not want room service. I do not need to changed linens and towels every day and then i don't know where to put the unnecessary extras

Room was on the small side but is normal for Japan. The location was very good since its just besides the subway entrance. Didn't get the breakfast but there are a lot of choices nearby.

I couldn't find the make up room card for my room. Found out at the 2nd night that you have to leave it out of the front door by 9am for them to fix your room.

Well trained staff are always kind enough to customers. The system is very sophisticated to check in or check out.

I couldn't leave my suitcase while I was visiting Nagoya for 2 days. Also there is no washing machine I could use. Coming from outside of Japan, maybe not suitable to stay. In general, Apa hotels are wonderful, but this one was not suitable for me. Therefore I will try to stay another Apa hotel next time.

I like the location. It was close to the train station. I like the sustainability efforts of the hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Thank you for a great stay.

Better pillows is my only complaint. Everything was amazing and we could have asked for more pillows and that is our fault for not asking, not the Hotel's.

The room is clean, quiet and well equipped for a single occupant. The location was perfect for me as I needed to be at my destination, which is just a ten minute walk away from the hotel.

Only the lack of laundry facilities, everything else is perfect for me.
