We like the location, it was quite convenience. We also like the facilities of the hotel, such as the washing machines. Overall the room and the facilities are OK.

We think you should send the frontline staff to learn English more so that it helps the guests to communicate better.

The hotel service was really good, the staff are kind and trying to help you where they can.

it’s great to have washing machines in the hotel and you even don’t need detergents but for now I wouldn’t recommend to use them. The washing and drying program didn’t work like expected. The clothes still were wet after the first cycle and even after 3 drying cycles it was still wet, so we gave it up. Luckily on the table are flyers of a nearby coin laundry. Since we had good experiences with those we went there and voilà after one drying cycle all our clothes were dry.

The property is very conveniently located within 5 min walk from the metro station which is well connected, with supermarkets and cafes along the way (we had breakfast at one of them every morning instead of at the hotel so we did not need to worry about the time, it closes at 9.30 am). The room is small as expected in Tokyo, but still bigger than many we had seen, this is why we chose this hotel, and we were able to had both big suitcases open; it was immaculately clean, and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The rooms were very well cleaned; The bed was super comfortable; Very little noise. The space in the room was adequate. Some amenities such as tea, coffee, laundry, movies, hangers, fridge, among others. Wi-Fi internet with very good signal.

Breakfast should be more varied. While it was good, it's very limited to the Japanese concept... For example, it should have bread, pancakes, scrambled eggs, yogurts, more fruit... Europeans are not in the habit of eating rice and soup for breakfast.

You could choose between japanese or western style breakfast and in addition have salad/pastries/drinks from the buffet. Coffee available all the time. Good sound proofing, we couldn't hear any noises to our room. Good location near Iidabashi station and Kagurazaka area. Several convenience stores near by. Really friendly staff. Would stay here again.

Room could have been bigger but I guess the same goes for many japanese hotel rooms.

We loved the cleanliness and the aesthetics of the hotel. The hotel was also conveniently located to the subway to get around Tokyo. When we arrived, we needed to have a different bed layout other than the one that we had originally seen online. The hotel graciously accommodated us. At the end of our trip, one of our party needed to extend their stay by one night and the hotel was able to accommodate that change too.

Everything was great. Nothing negative to comment.

The double room is of decent size (about 16 m2) for Japan. Room is pretty clean. Shower is hot and water pressure is good. Housekeeping is always there to help. They hanged a bag of clean rowels on the door knob everyday even though we put out the no cleaning needed magnet. Very thoughtful of them! The bed is super comfy - not hard or soft, just the right level of firmness. Amenity items table (tea bags, toothbrush, shower towel, Q-tips) is in the lobby across from the elevator. Help yourself with one of the amenity items on your way up to the room. Very convenient. We booked double room (smoking) and the room had very strong cigarette smell. Front desk was very helpful and put us in a non-smoking double room. Thank you! Breakfast is good. The only thing is you need to be there early to get the Japanese breakfast as it runs out pretty fast. The western style breakfast with eggs and potatoes is equally delicious. There is a great supermarket next to the hotel within the same building. It's like a whole food place with lots of choices. High quality local items. And, the prices are very reasonable. 7-11 and Lawson stores are right around the corner. The JR and metro stations are 5 minutes away on foot. It's a 15 minutes train ride to Sinjuku or Ginza. Lots of great restaurants nearby the hotel within 10 minutes walk. From Narita airport to the hotel takes about 75 minutes by Skyaccess train, then metro and the fare is about 1450 yen.

Breakfast ends a bit too early with last order at 9:30am. Check-out is 10am which is quite early. You will easily miss the check-out time if you did not pay attention upon check-in. It would be very helpful if the front desk could remind the guest about the check-out time once check-in is complete.

It has a good location, close to the JR and several subway lines, which allow you to move to any major part of the center in about 20 minutes. the room is quite comfortable.

The breakfast set they offer is repetitive, that is, every morning you have two options that are always the same. The breakfast buffet does not offer much more. no cups for coffee, only paper cups, i personally don't like that.

Wifi speed is amazing, we were both working remotely and it was no problem at all faster than my home speed in Lisbon. The laundry room is great as well, machines work very well. The table is also very good size and comfortable to work or study. Beds are comfortable and bathroom also great. They provide pijamas, towels and slippers everyday new. Location was very good, the area is nice and quiet, I took daily walks around the neighborhood and to go to the center you can just take the subway or JR or bus.

There is no closet and the room is a bit too small but very accordingly to the price.

The hotel was quite far but once you arrived and the Tokyo train map was all connected to this place , the staff was all nice 👍 especially the one who checked in for me in the morning on 4/2 and sent the bag straight away to my room while i was out while waiting to check in at 3pm, one more staff guy wake me up around 2pm (I feel asleep) in the lobby telling me I can check in now , so much hospitality and kind, I'm from Malaysia solo traveler thank you for accommodating me, will choose this hotel again on end of this year , see you guys tq

All was good for me 😊
