Great location (near the subway lines, walkable within 5-10 mins), clean, friendly and helpful staff. One of the most spacious hotel rooms (party of 4) we stayed in during our trip to Japan. Nicely decorated (we got a pink room). The hotel had a coin laundry, vending machine, and a pretty good cafe next to the reception with a pretty cool view of the city (coffee paid for separately).

I did not love that the bathroom and sleeping area was only divided by a curtain (that is semi-transparent, meaning you can see folks' silhouette through them), which made showering a slightly awkward experience. But it was one of the most spacious rooms we stayed in during our trip to Japan, so I understand this was done to maximize the space.

- The design of the building's exterior and interior - Clever use of room space. having 2 beds on the top bunk meant lots of space under, including the couch which also serves as the 3rd bed. - Comfortable beds and pillows - Great views from the top floor. - Friendly staff - Great location (i.e., within walking distance to the Tokyo Dome)

- Air flow from the AC system is unevenly spread throughout our room; meaning when the heater is on, most of the air is blown from the vent to the top bunk leading to it being much warmer than the bottom. -The building is located next to a metro line, so noise could be an issue if windows are kept open.

super worth the money for its location! located near suidobashi station with many places to eat such as mcdonalds and cocoichibanya as well as convenience stores! the breakfast is worth it as well as they will change the menu everyday. we travelled in a group of 4 and chose a connecting room which we really liked as we could have 2 bathrooms ;) but do take note that they do not do cleaning everyday, some days are light cleaning and some days are full cleaning.

the rooms are a bit dusty and dim at night. there is a rail track next to the hotel so you can hear the train whenever it crosses however we did not find it a problem as it was not too loud for us!

This hotel is very slick and well designed. The rooms are elegant and comfortable and I especially like the attention to lighting options. The location is also really good. We had a large group and found it easy to get them to various locations from the hotel via train.

While the building and the rooms have been very well considered, the breakfast and “cafe” seem to be an afterthought.. not very nutritious or varied, the breakfast standard doesn’t suit the luxury of the rest of the hotel. It looks amazing and well designed but I couldn’t order supper there and on day 3 of 10 nights there I stopped having breakfast there even though I’d paid for it. Also felt a bit bad for the group I brought since it was the only meal included in the tour package.

The hotel was extremely clean. All members of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom amenities were restocked daily. The location was convenient enough, since it was situated between two railway stations, which were in walking distance.

It was a bit noisy, due to its proximity to the rails. The breakfast could use a bit more variety, since it consisted daily of limited options: you could choose one of two types of sandwiches, one of two types of soups and coffee, juice or tea.

The location is near Suidobashi JR station (3 minutes walk) and Iidabashi Metro Station (5 minutes walk). There is convenience stores near hotel. The hotel is located near Tokyo Dome, so it'll be little crowded if there is event at the Tokyo Dome. The staff is very helpful but there are staffs that only understand limited english. They can keep your luggage before the check-in time and place them to your room. The room is unique and comfortable. They also have laundry, vending machines, and cafe.

The room is close to the highway and train station, so it'll be noisy. It's depends where you got your room. The train station side is better because the noise is done at 00.30 and started at 4.30. The highway side is 24 hour noisy.

Location is near train station, staffs were friendly and the room is cosy. Spacious enough for 5 pax in the connecting room type.

The layout of the room is weird. The moment you open the door, it is the toilet and the shower room door is clear glass. If someone is showering, nobody can go in and out of the room as you need to pass through the shower room. There is a sliding door to separate the room and toilets but it cannot be locked. No privacy at all. If you don’t mind the lack of privacy, this is an overall better hotel we have stayed throughout our trip in Japan!

Great location, close to metro and JR train stations. Very convenient. Also close to convenience stores and large shopping complex about 10 mins away. Whilst rooms were not serviced daily, fresh towels were provided each day. Friendly staff who are helpful.

We were on the third floor (blue room) and our windows faced the Metro train line. The noise from the train is definitely audible 24/7 every 10-20 mins and can distract from a good night’s sleep. Our kids didn’t mind the noise but if you are a light sleeper, this can be a problem.

Lovingly nestled against a freeway and a train line, this hotel provides a metropolitan experience with surprisingly cozy rooms. We had a room with a main bed up a few stairs and a sofa/bed underneath that made very good use of the available space. Train spotters should ask for a room on the south side, while traffic jam enthusiasts will be best served with rooms from the 5th floor up. Train listeners will be happy everywhere. The breakfast room offers a really nice view. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, and it's always possible to find somebody who speaks English well. Iidabashi station with several metro lines is nearby.

If you're not fond of plastic-wrapped sandwiches and soup for breakfast, use the breakfast room only for the view and go to the nearby Starbucks for eating. In case you are not fond of listening to trains, bring ear plugs. Taller people might bump their heads once in a while because the ceiling above the bed and the sofa is necessarily quite low.

Very aesthetic style hotel right next to the Tokyo Dome. Made it super easy to catch a game and then go straight back to the hotel. If you want a really nice 4-star hotel experience, this hotel has great amenities among other things. The staff is also extremely nice.

I really liked the breakfast, but I wouldn't say it was better than any standard restaurant in the area. If you're lazy and want an easy hotel breakfast, it 100% does the job and tastes good. However, if you're an early morning riser and want to try as many restaurants as possible, I would skip the breakfast.
