The location was right beside the Tokyo Dome amusement park and very close to several subway stations. There were a lot of restaurants and cafes in the area. Breakfast was quite expensive as you can get a cheaper option close by, but it had a lot of choices both Japanese and Western foods. The room was reasonably large, but comfortable and with good views.

It was a very large corporate hotel that had little authentic atmosphere. Like a conference hotel that ran like clockwork. It is far from the Haneda International Airport and a taxi ride in the evening, cost 9,500 Yen on the meter and tolok 40+ minutes with the traffic. on the meter. Book a cheaper option or take the railway system, but allow time for the journey and for crowded trains with little room for big bags.

They have an amazing check-in and check-out system in place to make the process as smooth as possible. The moment we walked into the hotel, there was plenty of staff around to help us. The room is spacious for a Japanese hotel room, the amenities in the room were excellent, the bed was comfortable (at least a bit softer than the usual hard Japanese beds), and clean. The view of Tokyo Dome was picture perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

No major problems, just small things. The corridor is not air-conditioned, so it was suffocatingly hot when stepping out of your room or elevator. The room was a little dated, though it still look neat.

I definetely chose the hotel for the view. The room was clean and the location near transport is good. I like the fact that even if the staff was busy with other customers, i had the option to do an automatic check in.

The hotel is getting kind of old as the rooms look good for...2010-2015 era. I believe that needs to be renewed to current standards as prices are rally high and other cheaper hotels already look better in the rooms. I also didn't like that i had to checkout at 6:30 AM and there is not automatic self-checkout and we had to way for staff the be available

Amenities were super good and if you have a room that’s pretty high up, like we had, the view is pretty good! I’d aim for floors 30+ for some really stunning views of Tokyo!

walls were a tad bit thin to where we could hear the neighboring room but I assume they were being pretty loud next door and honestly it didn’t really disturb my sleep. Checkin took a little while because there was a line but with 40+ floors of rooms I guess that can’t be helped.

The room was decently big enough for 2 adults and a tall teenager with three big luggage. Room service was great. Returned to the room with clean bedsheets and towels daily. Location was great. Nearby amenities included Starbucks, McDonald's and 7-11. Within 5 minutes walk to Suidobashi station.

The body shampoo could be changed. It has the old soap bar kind of smell. Pillow was too soft too.

Near to Tokyo Dome, and Japanese gardens. Good breakfast.

My family said, a Japanese restaurant young female servant, (wearing Japanese traditional clothes) on 1/25 evening was "not polite" enough when serving the final fruits to her. Even though the food is good, the service experience to a solo-foreigner guest is expected to be furtherly improved.

The view was amazing! Very organised check-in, loved the number system so could sit rather than stand in a queue. Lovely friendly reception staff. Location was excellent, kids loved all attractions and we had a lovely dinner at bubba shrimp nearby. Would stay again happily!

Pity no quadruple rooms for a older family ( teenagers) but rooms next door worked fine for a shorter stay. Lovely place, we enjoyed it.

We had a Premium Floor Room, so the View was spectacular and for the Breakfast we could go to the Rooftop Restaurant and had a great Breakfast and not to much people, so it was very quiet. The Location is amazing, little Shopping Center next to you and a big Onsen to relax.

The hotel was very modern and spacious. The rooms were of a good size. Location to the tourist event we visited was quite good.

There didn't appear to be a bar or relaxation area downstairs just to sit and have an after dinner drink. If there was one, we certainly couldn't find it. There was a seating area near a water feature but it was roped off and no service there.
