Spacious for a capsule hotel. Before checking in, I was worried my room would feel claustrophobic, but it did not feel like that at all. 10mins walk from Akihabara station. Many toiletries from a regular hotel are included: towels, razors, ear plugs.

Locker not included with the room. Limited bin space for rubbish. The ladder to my room was right next to a window on the 4th floor with no protections: if the window was open and I slipped while climbing the ladder, I could've fallen right out the window onto the concrete below Bathroom on my floor was out of order while I was there, though the urinals were still operational

Whether I was working, relaxing, or enjoying a cup of tea in the common area, the tranquil atmosphere made my stay truly memorable. Their genuine hospitality added a personal touch to my stay. Convenient Location: Conveniently located near public transportation and Akihabara 10 minutes wallk , making it easy to explore the city. - Great location for various train connections, river running routes and new OK supermarket 800m away. - Well equipped kitchen (never crowded) and extra fridge space in dorms, free tasty coffee & tea. - Nicely made, cosy 'capsules'. - Toilets and sinks inside dorm but not disturbing. - Fellow guests very quiet and considerate. - Nice lounge/dining area. - Friendly staff, stored my luggage and allowed me to use facilities before check-in.

- Shower temperature was a bit temperamental. - A little space to hang things to dry would be useful.

The capsule was really large, and it had enough room to do some work there too. It was a really comfortable night's sleep. Slippers and other amenities such as a razor and earplugs and bath towel were provided. English and Japanese instructions. I did not speak English to the staff, but I'm sure someone who does not speak Japanese could come here just fine.

Only one shower area in the dorm, and it was a bit small. The keypad to get into the room area was a bit confusing at first as I got given the wrong code for the door. Check in opens a bit late (4pm).

It is a pretty good place, especially for the price. One staff member offered me his charger, as mine didn't fit the Japanese standard. Showers and toilets are clean, my room was comfortable enough

It was a bit warm inside the room as there is no air conditioning and there was a heat wave (no big deal)

Flexibility! I couldn’t start my check in the day I had selected due to some issues I was experiencing and the hostel staff allowed me keep my accommodation despite checking in a day late. Very clean and comfortable rooms!

Getting and out of the capsule room was difficult.. I hit my head a few times.

In close proximity to Akihabara and Ryugoku. A relatively wholesome hostel, especially with an entire floor dedicated to being a common space. Staff are friendly and can communicate well in English.

The hostel was somewhat in a back alley. Could have done more to indicate its exact location. Shower rooms are in short supply - only 2, really cramp, and are shared between female and male guests. Luckily when I was there, there weren't many guests.

Good location between many stations. Spacious with enough storage space in the cabin/room

With only one shower on the same floor it can cause waiting time. But enough toilets though. There was unfortunately also hair next to my bed in one of the storage spaces

The staff were very helpful and they can communicate very well. It’s in a quiet neighborhood so it was peaceful.

I didn’t like how it’s a little far from the station and the futon was a bit thinner that I liked.
