My stay at the hotel was pleasant, we had clean towels every day as well as was taken out the trash every day, sachet of coffee, tea and milk to take in the room, hot water in the bathroom as well as cold water and to drink. All staff we met super well. It is very easy to take the train because it is very close to the hotel, and had several restaurants and things to do close by.

Have only one elevator, which generated traffic at some times of the day. Not all employees speak English. It was not possible - or if it was we could not do - to change the air to ventilate cold, ended up passing heat during the night,

It was close to Ueno station and the location was very convenient. There room and bed were very comfortable, and it was very clean. The staff were also very nice, and checking out was very easy, even early in the morning.

Not much. The TV turning on every time as soon as I put my room key in the slot was a bit annoying, but it was a minor inconvenience.

Check in was a breeze. While someone else was using the automated, self-check-in, the staff immediately assisted me to do manual check in. Eco-friendly, for longer stays like mine, room cleaning is by request (the essentials were replaced by placing them in a bag outside the door)

This is specific to my case. The hotel is located nearest to Iriya exit of JR Ueno. If coming by Shinkansen, the distance is a bit misleading since the Shinkansen is underground but needed to go up the 3rd floor to exit. Then go down again to the ground floor to actually exit the station

WIFI signal is nice, fair to connect even in bathroom/bed . Staff is super nice. Checkout is as easy as Dropbox. 8-10min walk from UENO airport express station.

I found it a bit strange when I went into the room because there's full of fingerprints on the table. And I think it's better to tell the people their main entrance is on main road instead of small road (back door). Most of the tourist properly take a wrong direction if they follow google map to the back door. And, it's much closer if they leave the station at 淺草口. Honestly as an individual traveller, I enjoy exploring, but less hustle will be nice.

This is a good example of a standard business hotel in Japan. The room was very clean, everything worked, it is perfectly comfortable, but it is very small. The staff are friendly and it is manned which makes life a bit simpler (because some of these hotels are automated which can be tricky for foreigners)/

It depends what you like. I personally found the huge TV a bit intrusive, but if you like to watch TV in your hotel room, then the one here was much bigger than they normally are. I didn't measure it but my guess would be 50" or so. It was wall mounted so you could watch when in bed.

Very comfortable room, the bathrooms were especially nice. The location was convenient also—an easy walk to Ueno station, and there's a convenience store right across the street. They were also very kind in accommodating my change of plans when the shinkansen got snowed out.

They begin cleaning in the morning (9ish), which is a bit stressful if you're not a morning person and tend to sleep in. If you put the DND sign on the door, they'll leave a bag with extra supplies for you, but if you want your sheets changed you have to clear out early.

I liked that the location of the hotel was near the train station and that the places I needed to be were within a radius of the hotel. I also liked that there were convenience stores nearby, such as Lawson and 7/11.

There was nothing that I did not like about the hotel. Everything was simple and easy to check in, and check out was a breeze. The only thing that I did not like was that I did not have a view from my window.

The room is quiet new Windows can be open, you can get some fresh air for winter. We asked them not to tidy up our room, but they still put fresh towels in a bag outside our room in case we needed it, which is very thoughtful

The hotel is around 10mins walk from metro, which isn’t very convenient when it’s raining. But there’s always taxi driving by the front door for you.

The hotel is well located near Ueno station, the building is relatively modern and functional. The maintenance is good. The room and the bathroom are functional and amenities are available. The breakfast is very good with typical Japanese meals but there are also other options croissants, jam, butter.

The staff is kind but not all of them speak English. To ask for missing towels in my room I had to write and translate. . The room is rather small.

Very beautiful room. Clean and comfortable. Also has good & kind stuff. Process for checkin very simple take around 5min and u’re good to go. There is a lawson mart across the street which is need to 1/2 min only. The hotel here are quiet suitable for those who need peace of mind after tired of shopping.

Its located bit far from ueno station. U need to walk around 5-10 min.
