strategic hotel location, near ueno station & inaricho subway station (4-5 minitus walk). Have luagage storage, need to put your room key at the counter (no problem for me). large room, 2 large single bed, fit for me, my husband & my 2 kids. The young lady at the counter also nice & sweet. Every the staff will clean my room & give new towel ☺️ also the hotel near halal food restaurant, the famous one, wagyu yakiniku panga, you must try it!

Just the staircase go to upstair queit small, only 1 luagage can bring upstair, 1 by 1. Also no problem for me ☺️

I loved how close this hotel was to Ueno station. Only a 6 min walk. They also let us keep our luggage in the dining area when we had a few hours before our bullet train left and when we had to checkout. Also, the one staff member made us hot water for our ramen without us even asking. So sweet! They also cleaned our room every day.

There isn’t anything to complain about.

The staff were very kind and warm when I arrived at the hotel. The room was big enough for 2 people, the internet worked fantastic and the hot water was superb. The location also was great, near the Ueno Station. Thank you very much for a short but lovely stay.

If there is anything, that would might be having a better pay-dryer in the facilities, as I had to pay almost 400 Yen for my laundry (was not that much) to be dry enough.

Comfortable stay in a good location!

Fairly small size and no view from the window (other than a brick wall). Was not a problem for us as you spend most of your time out of the room exploring anyway! You have to hand your key in when you leave the property which doesn’t always feel the most safe but we have had to do this at a couple of places in Japan and seems to be the norm

Great location to Uemo station and eating areas. Rooms were small - but this Tokyo! Very clean and comfortable and quiet. Super friendly lady at front desk. Good value.

double bed really was a small double or a big single. No lift - so be aware you need to hike your bags up stairs - no problems for us but would be for some.

Excellent Location. Huge bedroom size. Excellent staffs.

Bathroom is rather small and has a bad smell from the drainage. There are some stains on room carpet.

The location was an easy walk to Ueno Park. We could check in early as the room was ready when we arrived before check-in time.

Not much else there except Ueno Park and maybe Ameyoko Market. Will need to take the train to Shinjuku, Asakusa, .... Otherwise this location is ok. Also, there's no lift but we requested a low floor and fortunately were given the ground floor so no need to climb stairs with the luggage.

The 3-bed room is rare in the market, and the size of the room is quite big. The staff is nice but the key should be returned every day for security reasons. Only stairs. Fortunately, the max floor is only 3.

No elevator.

- Tiny rooms and noisy as walls are paper thin

The staff were fantastic, I didn't need them to speak english, but they tried to accommodate me. Every single one of the staff members we interacted with we're hospitable and friendly. The room was spacious for Ueno and a fantastic price.

The bathroom is a little small. Super minor: only green tea is provided for the room. No coffee or milk.
