Cute and convenient hotel located right in the heart of Shibuya. Hotel also has a washer and dryer in the basement. No need to buy detergent either as it is included in the wash cycle. Since it is Tokyo, the rooms are a bit small but serve their purpose. Clean, and well maintained. Bonus is that oversize pyjamas and slippers are included in the room so need to bring pyjamas when staying here.
Everything went well.

Really quiet in a fantastic place - Shibuya is excellent - and the hotel was right next to the Nintendo Store and a basement food court with craft beer (not so easy to find in Tokyo). We were next to the lifts and couldn't hear a thing. Room was small but we had all the room we needed. The pyjamas were amazing (I was surprised no one else mentioned the pyjamas, they were so comfortable!). Staff were friendly. I loved that we could grab whatever we needed from downstairs (coffee for the morning). We loved the vending machines in the basement. I'd totally stay again.
The towels were entertaining. Every morning we were delivered more towels and we were drowning in them! I'm sure someone would see this as a good thing though. Not so bad but the room was only cleaned every 3 or 4 days which was fine - with our toiletries all over the sink, it would have been hard to clean every day so I didn't mind really. One of the washing machines broke when we had to do our washing so we had to wait - but that wasn't the end of the world either, we could go for a drink in the bar across the road. The pillows were small and hard but I could sleep on them OK.

It’s location was amazing! In a quieter area with many family marts around. Easy walk to yoyogi park and Meiji Jingu shrine, can also walk to harajuku. Close to train stations and shopping aswell and main area of Shibuya. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I brought a stuffed animal to my stay which must have accidentally got put with the washing when the cleaners came. I notified reception and they went out of their way to find him (which they did). Unfortunate that it went missing however i’m glad reception were happy to help us find it. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here!

I love that they allowed me to leave our luggage even after we checked out. I think most travelers get stress out just figuring out where to leave their luggage when they change hotels. So they really helped me out when they allowed us to leave our luggage there until we get back from our tour. Plus, they have this little amenities corner where we can get our choice of shampoo and conditioner and other stuff too. I think that is a pretty cool way of letting guests decide on what they need and that's pretty sustainable too. The rooms are nice and clean and we were able to sleep nicely in their beds without feeling cold. Plus, the location is so easy to get back to, we just remembered the Parco building infront of it and we can always find it without a map.
I love our stay here but the place is kind of noisy at night. I still hear the crossing announcement but it does stop at like around past 12mn, but I sleep early so that is kind of on me.

I had an excellent stay in the hotel. The staff gave me a very quiet room at my request. The hotel was in a great location - 6 mins from the crossing, next to Parco for shopping and Mega DonKi. Yet, it is on a quiet street, a few meters away from the chaos of Shibuya. Facilities were exceptionally clean and the room was also soundproof which was a bonus for a lightsleeper like myself. Elevator very fast too and I also loved the lobby area as it was not small or crowded.
Nothing really. I was utterly satisfied with the hotel.

Location was perfect ! Right in front of Shibuya's Parco, it's a 5 minutes walk to Shibuya station. Plenty of convenience stores and good restaurants around. It doesn't get more central than that ! Sound isolation is perfect too, it didn't feel like I was in the middle of one of Tokyo's liveliest areas. I'm a very light sleeper and I was so reassured to be able to have full nights of sleep ! Breakfast was nice : I had to choose between three types of breakfast each morning. Japanese traditional breakfast (fish, soup, rice and vegetables), US breakfast (eggs, bacon and more) and fluffy pancakes with fruits and a salad. Since I am a vegetarian, I always went for the pancakes, but be careful, they run out pretty quick. Don't sleep in too much ! Bed was comfortable and room was the perfect size for me. I liked that they clean the room every three days which is more ecologically responsible and makes you feel like you don't have to tidy up every morning. I also liked that there are irons, ironing tables and lots of equipment you can borrow for free at the front desk !
My room had a funny smell from the beginning of my stay, I don't know what caused it. I opened the window all day everyday to try and make the smell fade away, but it didn't. Maybe it's not the case for all rooms. You get used to it after a minute or two ! Unfortunately, one the two washing machines/dryers was out of service, so it wasn't easy finding a "slot" to do my laundry with the remaining machine, but I did eventually !

Location was amazing. Close to everything and only an 8 min walk from the station. We went for a twin as we heard the rooms were slightly bigger which was great for us as travelling with a one year old. We arrived so early (7am) check in is at 3pm. We were able to pay $20aud for an earlier check in at 12 . Staff were lovely and they also have a station to help yourself with cleansing oils, lotions, slippers, body clothes, shampoo etc. Also laundry onsite which is awesome.
They are eco friendly which I understand is great, however they only clean your room every 3 days. We stayed 3 nights and never had a room clean which was hard with a baby when they decide to throw food everywhere. We tried to clean the floor as best we could, a quick vacuum would have been great. We also had to take our bin down each day and ask for new liners.

The hotel is very well located, close to Shibuya station. The room is comfortable and not very big but I think that for Tokyo standards is very good size. I liked that you can open the window a bit in the room which for me is a big plus in comparison with other hotels with maybe bigger rooms but where you cant open the windows. For breakfast you are given 3 options (Japanese, pancakes and American) so you can mix a bit if staying for a longer period like I did. The staff at the reception was very helpful letting us leave our suitcases there when we arrived and the room wasn't ready, booking taxis and organizing laundry.
The toilet in the room was in need of a more thorough cleaning. The area although well located gets VERY busy (not so much a negative point but raising in case someone prefers a quieter neighbourhood). Internet could get a bit slow after 17h. I got the non smoking room which was great - If you don't smoke, don't even try the smoking rooms as even the floor hall has a very strong smell.

The location in Shibuya was excellent. We were quite near the bus and train station. Plus, the coach services to and from the airport were on the opposite side to the local bus. All amenities were at hand. The reception in the hotel provided all sorts of extra goods free of charge, etc. slippers, face cloths, teas, coffee, milk, sugar, and crisps for children. Face masks, hand cream, shaving cream, shea butter, shampoo and conditioners, and many more. Plus, there was a rack outside the lift on the ground floor with irons and hair products. Along with other useful things. All bedrooms provided Towels, PJs, and slippers. There was a TV, a kettle, a hairdryer, and a mini fridge in our room. The bed was extremely comfortable. Though it was double, my daughter and I didn't mind charging. Plus, there was plenty of room between us in the bed.
This was no fault to anyone, but our own hairdryer and straighteners didn't work as our voltage was too strong. We came from Ireland. I would suggest not to bring them as the hotel provides all of these essentials
