This place was so lovely to stay at. It was easy to get to from the airport, the tube stop was right outside the hotel door. There was also lots to do nearby including Tokyo Disney Land. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the room was lovely and the staff were so polite.

The only bad thing was that the English food was not good for breakfast. The Japanese food was very good though and at the end of the day you don’t visit other countries to just eat English food.

1) The staff were very polite and cooperative. 2) All the facilities were clean and luxurious. 3) The room to be cleaned everyday. 4) The room is big and beds were very comfortable. 5) The requested services from front desk/room services/operators will be implemented ASAP.

It is far from central of Tokyo, so it will cost every time going from Odaiba to another location. Through Yurikamome station you will pay almost +1000¥ to go to anywhere and come back.

The family room is spacious, with three beds (2 regular beds + 1 extra bed). The hotel is located in front of the station and within walking distance from the main attractions at Daiba, including the shopping mall (aqua city), entertainment (Fuji TV and Dex Beach), and museums (Science and ship museums). Daiba is less crowded compared to other locations in Tokyo and it is good for a family trip.

The hotel was not too cheap, although it is similar to other locations in Tokyo. Daiba is a bit far from the city center. Transportation to the airport is limited and inconvenient since the airport limousine hasn't resumed service to Daiba during our stay.

Great location away from the busier central tourist areas, loved the modern monorail system with easy access to the JR ‘circle’ line that runs around the city. Nice rooms, still a bit small if you have large check-in cases, but we worked around it.

Would have been a ‘10’ but the outside pool was not available - despite the crazy heat. Would Suggest opening a few weeks earlier next year.

Apart from the room being very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast delicious, I want to address that the concierge service is exceptional. I requested very non-trivial restaurant reservations for my 4-day stay and Ms. Takeuchi has done everything to assure those requests are satisfied. I'm highly grateful and appreciative of the hotel exceptional service. Will surely stay there again in my next visit to Tokyo.

Rooms were great. Breakfast on site was great. Proximity to U line was great.

Not enough towels each day. 60,000 yen per person to go up to the pool. We had a family of 5 who wanted an hour by the pool. Could not accept that price as fair.

The staff were amazing. The room facilities, coffee, the sushi breakfast on level 30. The main facilities and the pool and spa.

The garden buffet. The quality of food was not 5 star in our opinion and as a result we stuck mainly to the fruit and pastries. You have to pay 1100 yen to visit the pool/spa facilities per day.

Close to the train station and walking distance to the mall. Friendly staff who speak English. Staff very helpful Close distance to Haneda airport. You get complimentary water in the room

Airport shuttle and Disney shuttle discontinued when we were there. You need to catch the private yurikomomi train to get to the hotel. We miss the old convinence store that was there before (now it’s Lawson’s) and we miss the omiyage shop that was located in the hotel.

The hotel is really clean, modern and has really great facilities; what you would expect for a 5 star hotel. Its not what you would call traditionally Japanese, but it’s a lovely hotel nonetheless. The rooms were spacious and quiet. We opted to not pay for breakfast, however this looked popular. There was however a bakery and 24 hour convenience store right outside that sold hot drinks and pastries, so we did that instead! We actually really liked the location; nice and quiet area with some bars and restaurants - it’s about a 15 minute train into central Tokyo, via the U line that runs approx every 5 minutes. From Shimbashi or Shiodome (the final 2 stops) it’s east to get to anywhere else in the city via the metro or JR lines. Staff super friendly and helpful, as you get everywhere in Japan!

Nothing, we thought it was really great and worth the money we paid compared to other central Tokyo accommodation.

I arrived at the hotel feeling exhausted from an overnight flight. I knew I was far too early to book into my room but it's such a large hotel that I thought the reception may be able to accommodate me. They did indeed, seeing how bad I looked, they offered me a room four hours ahead of my pre-booked time. To say I was grateful, was an understatement! The room was very comfortable and had a great view of the Port where I was boarding a ship 2 days later. I only ate at the hotel, breakfast was excellent and well priced and I ate at 2 of the restaurants both of which were very expensive but you get what you pay for and they were exceptional with amazing views from the top floor.

I was only there 2 nights and I couldn't fault the hotel as it ticked all my requirements for a short stay.
