The room was nicely sized for 3 people and the staff was very helpful, they even held onto our luggage for us before we checked in so we didn't have to carry it around all day. There was a convience store right next door, so that made food and drinks very accessible.

The only strange thing about the room was the layout of the bathroom. The switch for the light was in a strange location that was a little hard to locate and opening the door really blocked off a chunk of the room. We had a corner room designed for 3 people, so this might be why the layout was a little odd.

The room was within expectation. It's good for it's price, but doesn't stand out too much from your average hotel. The staff spoke some English (not a lot), but it was contrary to other reviews I saw. Although the singular pillow on the bed was a bit uncomfortable, they gave us a second pillow when we asked which was very kind. Most of all I'm just glad the hotel is within walking distance of 2 stations.

Whoever reviewed about the poor air conditioning was correct. They have a high, low, and off button for air condition, but you can never tell the temp in the room, and it almost felt like the air conditioner was heating rather than cooling.

The amazing service. It starts when you approach the desk and the greeting is warm and encouraging. Language is no barrier as there is someone who speaks English and Chinese. Or whichever language is needed. The kiosk for checking out is amazing and quick. The hotel is top notch and worth every penny or moment you spend there. The close restaurants and convienent stores are perfect when traveling with family .

Nothing.. I was totally impressed and being a world traveler, I wish other countries will follow your example.

I liked the options of the facilities and it surprisingly had a lot of free things to use for your stay if you didn’t bring your own things. The staff were friendly and helpful when I did my best to communicate. The rooms were also cleaned every day and I appreciated the new pajamas to wear.

While I appreciate the option to do laundry, the dryer didn’t work properly for me. My clothes went through two 30 minute cycles and were still damp. And for my personally, the location is far from anything to do or if you’re tired.

The room was small but cozy. I enjoyed the green tea and robes they provided. The water pressure in the shower is amazing, and the water gets nice and hot. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The location was nice, we walked to some really good restaurants (plenty of choices) and saw the beautiful waterfront and parks near the hotel. It also seemed pretty central to get places by train.

The staff thought Okinawa was not part of the Japan Travel Plan at first, however, when I informed them it was an option on the drop-down when booking the hotel under the program, they decided it was eligible. There was also some confusion about my being a resident of Japan because I am U.S. military and I did not have a resident card. I was able to provide proof of address however and they were able to apply to travel coupons.

Chinese speaking receptionist named Liu was exceptionally helpful and friendly when helping us to find transportation to travel from hotel to the airport, in which she helped us to find a taxi and helped us to translate our needs to him. 10/10 would recommend to Chinese foreigners looking for a place to stay in this area.

No complaints regarding to the service provided by the stay. It was close to the Tsukiji market where you can find lots of delicious Japanese delicacies. Only thing is the check out time at 10am is a tad early for most people.

It has a quite good location. 5 minutes walk to a station that is one stop away from Tokio Station. There is also a metro stop near. Several restaurants and convenience stores at the surroundings. The room have all you need for your travel: comfortable bed, a bathroom and a desk.

The room was a little bit smaller than I thought

the room is surprisingly clean especially the toilet! the staffs were really friendly and helpful. great location , 3 mins walk to metro station, Lawson just right beside the hotel, family marts and restaurants in walking distance

the room was so small that I couldn't fully open my luggage, the air conditioner is centralised and I wasn't able to adjust the room temperature hence the first night was warm and the second night was very cold

The staff changed the sheets and took out garbage daily which helps a lot while travelling with a baby. Hot water kettle in the room was great. The hotel can receive and send luggage via Kuroneko Yamato. 10 minute walk from Tsukiji Market.

Bathroom doesnt have a fan/vent

The beds were comfortable. Great location.

We stayed for a week. We had to use the laundry. The dryers did not dry the clothes. Maybe because of the 100 w electrical. I am not sure, but no area is provided to hang clothes.
